After years of hearing about this special place we finally were able to take a family vacation here! We have had such a wonderful, long stay -- we have SO much to be thankful for!! Our 5 kids have loved exploring this island -- to the Blow Hole, Haleakala, snorkeling with sea turtles, spotting an "early" humpback whale, great sunrise beach -- walks out front, surfing at Kihei & Makena beaches & even rocking through a 4 something earthquake! We left 3ft of snow at our home near Lake Michigan, had cancelled flight, lengthy delays, a blizzard in Dallas & got here late! It was all worth it! We had a wonderful 2 weeks in paradise. There is so much to see & do in Maui and we managed to pack in everything on our “must do” lists. Your condo is lovely, comfortable and well equipped. When we weren’t out on the road to Hana, Wale Watching, Visiting the Haleakala Crater, etc. we thoroughly enjoyed the beach, pool, grounds and lanai at Kanai A Nalu #215. Thank you so much for sharing it with us. PS – The tsunami warning & evacuation gave us another adventure to talk about back home & we’re so thankful that Maui & the rest of the islands escaped unscathed!

Beautiful spot, right on a wonderful walking beach! Perfect for us at 7am each day. Charlie & Kim had a great time up at the kiteboarding beach which is very peaceful & pretty. Good winds for 6 days. We drove all round the NW coast. What a narrow, scary road, with rural scenes & some jungle -- once past Punalau Beach & the Best Banana Bread Shop! (Road to Kaanapali good) Visited Haleakala Crater. What history -- so interesting. Saw nene birds & others & had such a memorable time. Packed in so much & almost forgot to leave! Thank you so much for the use of your well-appointed condo & it is very comfortable!

We came to Maui to renew our vowes and had everything set up prior to arriving. Every plan we made fell thru. We ended up having our ceremony here. It was amazing! We had a fabulous holiday thanks in part to your lovely condo & many thanks to the Island of Maui & its many gods & goddesses. We enjoyed Haleakala, whale watching, the amazing show "Ulalena", a luau, 20-30 foot surf at Ho'okipaa (and an awesome rescue by the fire dept!), learned to surf, saw the breathtaking Iao Valley & checked out about 6 gorgeous beaches. Thank you so much for a wonderful introduction to Hawaii. So many things -- from the central location to the well-stocked kitchen. The condo was everything we could have hoped for plus more!
