Vaulted ceilings, beautiful brick fireplace, formal dining room with seating for six. Boat dock with lift and much, much more. The front entrance is screened so you can sit out front or open the front door and the sliding glass doors and enjoy a wonderful breeze through the house. Enjoy breathtaking views of the famous sunsets over the canal from the heated pool and spa area which are directly on the water. Kitchen is remodeled and has all new appliances with smooth-top stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and is fully stocked, including coffee maker, blender, and electric mixer. The pool and spa are both new and beautiful facing the southwest for long sunny days and breathtaking sunsets. In the evening relax in our spa complete with romantic underwater lighting in both pool and spa with a new solar heating system added in December 2005.

This home is one of the finest rentals available, and is currently being offered at discount rates.

NO SMOKING IN THE HOME!!! But you may smoke outside in the pool area where ashtrays are provided.

  • Why stay at a Hotel? I you are looking for a relaxing, peaceful no stress vacation LOOK NO FURTHER! I have only one regret with the owners my wife and I were not able to meet them in person. They are very prompt in any questions you may have and they make you feel as if you are a close friends in any correspondence you have with them. The property is more then decribed. It is in a very lovely neighborhood and very well maintained. The location is ideal. Minutes away from Ft. Meyers Beach, Sanibel Island and Naples. If exploring is not for you then sit back and enjoy all the amenities this home has to offer. Plush carpet in all the main rooms. Tile in the baths a large shower in the Master bedroom bath. Screened in pool, jacuzi and patio. Not to mention the patio on the canal with seating and a dock. If you are a fisherman You may catch dinner in the back yard! Or simply enjoy the sunset. We stay at many rental properties and I would highly recommend this one. As I said above "why stay at a hotel" When you have all these amenities available to use as your own home!

  • Booked the villa and could not be happier, had a superb 3 weeks of relaxation, the villa itself was spotless and extremely comfortable, with the most amazing double bed in the master bedroom. If there was one fault it was that three weeks was not enough time.
