  Nous revenons pour la 2ème fois. L'entreprise de mon mari avait loué LE NOSTALGIQUE pour le MIDEM en Janvier 2008. L'appartement avait tellement plu a mon mari qu'ils nous a proposé d'y passer des vacances en famille. Donc nous sommes revenue pour les vacances de Paques avec nos enfants agés de 5 et 10ans. Effectivement, nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'espace et la décoration et surtout la clareté du LE NOSTALGIQUE. D'avoir son propre garage sous l'immeuble était aussi un grand avantage. Pas fascile de trouver des places à Cannes. Nos enfants ont adorés la proximités des plages. LE NOSTALGIQUE est effectivement idéale que ça soit pour des hommes d'affaire (3min du Palais des Festivales) ou pour des familles. Nous reviendrons c'est promis.

  We stayed at Le Nostalgique for a week and had a great time. The apartment is spacious and very well maintained - the new shower rooms are fab! The kitchen is more than enough for a short stay and you can take your meals directly out onto one of the balcony's which is just about big enough for 3 or 4 people to eat around the table. The lounge is very large and idea for larger meetings and meals. The apartment is spotlessly clean and Bettina is on hand if you need any assistance. The apaartment is in the centre of Cannes and close to everything you want from a stay in Cannes - shops, bars, restaurants, markets, harbour, casino, etc This apartment is highly recommended

  Es piso es increible! Estuvimos en Cannes, 2 adultos y 2 ninos por una semana y el apartamento hizo el viaje perfecto! Esta localisado 2 bloques (chiquitos) de la playa y 1 bloque de la cuidad done esta todos los cafes, restaurantes, tiendas (ropa y alimentacion) y un mercado diario con frutas, verduras, quesos y carne. El piso esta muy moderno, muy comodo, grande, con 3 terassas! El bario esta muy seguro. Ese apartamento es maravilloso y lo recomendamos sinceramente!

  An excellent and very comfortable, well equipped apartment in a very central locatiopn within 5 minutes walk of main shopping and beaches. Every detail in the apartment has been carefully thought out and made our stay very enjoyable. The walk-in showers were excellent, the balconies were great and the garage very useful. Bettina was very helpful giving us good tips and hints. We will return to the apartment if it is available when we visit Cannes again

  Sehr schönes Apartment in einer fantastischen Lage mit nur 5 Minuten zum Palais. Wir waren drei Arbeitskollegen, die sich für die MIPTV anstelle eines Hotels für dieses Apartment entschieden haben und wurden überhaupt nicht enttäuscht. Bettina war ein warmherziger und überaus herzlicher Gastgeber und wir haben uns in der Wohnung absolut wohl gefühlt. So hat uns auch der stressige Arbeitstag nichts ausgemacht, da wir alle abends in eine Wohlfühloase zurückkehren konnten.

  We came during Christmas with our 18 month old baby and Bettina had prepared everything needed: a wonderful baby-bed with changing table and polar blankets. Also a high chair and plastic cuttlery. She even surprised us all with a self decorated christmas tree! It was a delight to see our daughters amazed eyes. Thank you Bettina, this made LE NOSTALGIQUE a home away from home. How very thoughtful of you. The apartment was clean and bright and very confortable. Also central and everything was in walking distance. The car park on level -2 was so very useful to have. Very easy to get laguage and push-chair up to the apartment. We had a couple of rainy days and were pleasantly surprised to find 4 umbrellas in the waredrobes. We hope to be back during mid-season next year. Thanks for your wonderful care Bettina. You made our stay very confortable. Elise and Richard with little Helen from Rome, Italy

  We had a wonderful time at LE NOSTALGIQUE. We really enjoyed being in walking distance to the sea, the rue d'Antibes, the harbour, the old town the bus- and train station and to the best bakery in town on place Gambetta. Forgot to mention the bars, dance clubs and restaurants all around LE NOSTALGIQUE. Don't worry about the noice, the apartment has double glazing and air conditioning, therefore no problem at all. We really had a great time in Cannes and wished we could have stayed just 1 week longer. There is so much to see and do. LE NOSTALGIQUE is very confortable and nicely furnished and what we really liked best was the brightness, the sun flowing through and the terrace where we had all our meals. Bettina answered every one of our questions and gave us nice tips in regard to sigh seing outside of Cannes.   Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Apartment, perfekte Lage, 3 Min. zum Strand, Supermarkt und Shops in unmittelbarer Umgebung, auch für Kleinkinder geeignet. Super Service und Betreuung! Absolut zu empfehlen.

  Die Gastfreundschaft und kompetente wie freundliche Betreuung der Vermieterin hat uns sehr viel Freude bereitet. Nach nunmehr 14 Jahren Cannes im Frühling haben wir die gute Lage dieser Wohnung besonders geschätzt. Zum Wohlfühlen hat in erheblichem Masse die offenbar von der Vermieterin vor Jahresfrist selbst hochwertig eingerichtete Wohnung beigetragen. Das Thema der EInrichtung "Filmfestspiele" passt hervorragend zu Cannes. Als Wohlfühlfaktoren sind zudem die Helligkeit der Räume, die vollständige uns sehr ordentliche Ausstattung mit Möbeln und Geschirr, die zueinander passende Einrichtung sowie der gepflegte Standard zu erwähnen. Auch wären noch die Nähe zu Bäcker, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strand, die windgeschützten, gut nutzbaren Sonnenbalkone und Terrassen mit den vorhandenen Sitzmöglichkeiten und Liegen zu nennen. Dank der Doppelglasscheiben konnte man trotz des Stadtverkehrs gut schlafen. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen
