Ask for details: The condo face the Folly River which is a beautiful navigatable tidal river often visited by dolphine and bordered by marsh grass and teaming with wading birds and schools of fish. The sail boats are fun to watch from the unit porch and master bedroom alcove.The beach is a third of a mile from the unit. Most people drive , but it is walkable and a short bike ride away.
