You don't want to forget the abundant backyard fruit trees (orange, grapefruit, and tangelo)... get the juicer from the kitchen and help yourself to a real taste of Florida!

This home features a Master Bedroom with king-size bed, private bath, TV and large walk-in closet. All of the living spaces, including Family Room, Recreation Room (with billiard table) and Florida Room are adjacent to each other, connecting through large sliding glass doors that give this home an extremely bright and open feel. There's a full kitchen with all the amenities of home. The second bedroom has two twin-size beds and direct entry to the second bath.

In addition to the private beach, a public golf course is also available within this prestigious residential community.

For the more adventurous, boat rental is available. Leave the backyard dock and you can be fishing or visiting the off-shore islands within minutes!
