Built in 2005 this condo fulfils all desires for the vacationer. Breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean and par three action of the Jack Nicklaus-designed Hammock Beach Ocean Course. There are miles of unspoiled beach, bike trails, access to the intercostal waterways, and all the amenities you would expect from a world-class resort.
This fifth floor of six, 1910-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bath, luxurious, professionally decorated retreat offers ten-foot ceilings, a gourmet kitchen with granite counters, spacious dining and family rooms with a pull-out sleeper sofa. The kitchen, dining, and family rooms are open and have a spectacular view of the ocean and eighth green.
There is plenty of golf in the area. Ask me about passes to the Hammock Beach Ocean Course and Conservatory!
The master suite has a king-sized bed with direct view of hole number eight green and the Atlantic Ocean. Direct access to the balcony is from both the master bedroom and the family room. Master bath has a separate garden tub and shower with separate his-and-her vanities.
First guest room has a queen-sized bed and the second has two twins. Each room is tastefully decorated and equipped with TV/VCR/DVD.
The family room overlooks the golf course and ocean and has plenty of seating and is perfect for unwinding. The condominium is fully equipped to accommodate any need. Relax on the balcony which overlooks the green and casually observe the golfers negotiate the 185 yard, par three as they drive directly toward the ocean. Here there is seating for six for dining or enjoying your favorite cocktail.
This unit is accessible from the covered parking by stair or elevator and just a few steps to the dune crossover to the cinnamon-colored beach. The resort has two conveniently located pools: beach side and lake side. Beach side offers relaxation along a beautiful cabana-lined adult pool well suited for swimming laps or soaking your bones. Adirondack chairs grace this setting on the village green overlooking the ocean. The lake pool clubhouse is more family oriented overlooking the resort lake and includes gently sloped "beach entry," children's splash zone, pool-side grill, and teen center with recreation rooms including large screen TV, pool table, air hockey, and foosball. Fully-equipped exercise room with flat screen plasmas, weight and aerobic machines.

Lovely! My family stayed in the Brown's home Labor Day weekend. Needless to say we already booked for next year. The home is decorated beautifuly and it feel's very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and it felt like our home away from home!!

My family recently stayed in the Brown's condo and it was fantastic. The property lived up to and exceeded its description in the listing. Few listings or advertisements are as good as the pictures, but here reality exceeds appearances. The views are fantastic, the condo is unusually spacious and has all the amenities you will need. The property is very well maintained and the complex is kept in great shape. The owners were great to work with and helped us with several matters as we were first time visitors to the area. We would highly recommend the listing to anyone seeking a quiet retreat to unwind and relax. The beach was not crowded and the water facilities were enjoyed much by the children. There was not a lot of commercial entertainment in the area so if that is what you are looking for this may not best suit you. We traveled to Daytona Beach and St Augustine, which are short trips, for some outings. But if you enjoy scenic beauty, miles of walking paths, gorgeous but challenging golf in modern and spacious accomodations then you will enjoy this property as we did.

Everything about the condo at Cinnamon Beach is exactly as described in the listing. We thought the floor plan was roomy, comfortable, and very nicely done. The whole development is well taken care of. Our vaqcation was everything we expected and more. There were no surprises. We would come back and recommend it to others.

We returned to this beautiful condo this January/February for the second time and spent a full month. We spent a month there the year before. Simply cannot say enough good things about it! The view is spectacular (Golf and Ocean Combined) and the Brown's easy and comfortable to deal with. Look no further if you are planning a stay at Cinnamon Beach. A great area and far from the maddening fray of other Florida resorts.

We spent a month at this beautiful condo over January and February. The view of the ocean and golf greens combined was spectacular and an oasis from the northern winter! We felt at home the minute we walked in the door and the Brown Family had everything in place for comfort. The whole area had the feel of total relaxation and the uncrowded restaurants were wonderful. We hope to return!
