The Dataw Island Villa is located on the tidal waterway between Historic Beaufort & Fripp Island. The gated, golfing community is 15 minutes from Parris Island & Hunting Island State Park. Hilton Head is 45 minutes away. Dataw is appoximately half way between Charleston & Savannah and 30 minutes from I-95. The "Condo side A" (Sleeps 6) has a cathedral ceiling living room, fully stocked kitchen, dining room, bar, washer & drier. The "Hotel side B" (Sleeps 3) has a granite bathroom and walk-in closet with small refrigerator, freezer, microwave & coffee maker. The entire villa is available for larger families by combining both sides. The villa next door is also available for multiple families that would like to be near one another but not necessarily share the same accomodations. Dataw Island has a pool overlooking the water, full fitness center with an inside pool & jacuzzi, marina, clubhouse, Har-Tru tennis courts, croquet and miles of leisure trails. Hunting Island Beach is just 15 minutes away with a complementary pass for surfing, shelling and beachcombing. Pet friendly with prior approval.
