This fabulous vacation Condo with awesome views is located in the most desirable location of the Hotel Zone. Approx. 2500 Sq. Ft., easily accommodates 9 people with 4 Bedrooms, 4 Baths. Fourth bedroom is referred to as Maids Quarters in Mexico, has single bed and full shower bath. Master and one Guest room w/King beds, one Guest room w/2 Queens and one Guest room w/Single. Tv's in all bedrooms. Living Room w/Plasma TV, Cable, DVD, VHS, Library of Videos and Books. OK to trade your book for one of ours if you finish reading prior to departure. Ceiling Fans in all rooms as well as completely Air-Conditioned with separate controls in all rooms. Well stocked Kitchen with all necessary kitchen applicances for your use and convenience, Washer/Dryer, Refrigerator with Purified Water and high speed Internet. All floors, cabinets and vanities finished with Marble and Granite. Enjoy three swimming pools, one infinity pool w/swim up bar, one pool with attached lounge chairs in the water and overhead fountain and one pool with childrens play area near by. This complex is very family oriented and impeccably maintained. There is a fully equiped Spa with Steam Showers, Whirlpool. The Steam Showers and Whirlpool are available to all guests at no charge anytime during Spa hours. The professional team of consultants offering full massage, facials, manicure and pedicure are available by appointment. You will also enjoy a full Gym, Jacuzzi, beautiful Gardens and easy Beach access. Complex is totally gated with 24 Security. Our Security Staff will also assist you with additional lounge chairs, umbrellas and even ice if you need it.
The Ferry Boat to "Isla Mujeras" otherwise known as The Island of Women is a two minute walk down the beach. There are also water toys available next door at the "Riu Cancun Hotel". We were very happy with this property. It's a fantastic location for nightlife and shopping as well as the beach location. The security guards at the front gate were so helpful and friendly. The property is situated on a beautiful stretch of beach and the waves were calmer than other areas we have stayed at in the past because of the "Island of Women" being located across from the beach. The rooms were spacious and everyone was able to have their own space (we were traveling with 3 children). There was a large flat screen t.v. with a dvd player for when our kids were too tired to swim any longer. If you or anyone travelling has disabilities be aware that there are several steps down to the pool and again to the beach, although this seems very typical for all of Cancun. It was easy to catch the bus or taxi. I would recommend walking a bit before hiring a taxi as the price was higher when they picked us up at the property gate and several dollars lower if we walked a block or so and then hailed the taxi. The property is very much a "high end" building and it was furnished with all the items we needed for the week (towels, kitchen items, dishwasher soap, trash bags). We went to the supermarket and purchased groceries and laundry detergent. The jets on the hot tub were not working while we were there and the lap pool was very cold but the infinity pool was warm and as beautiful as it appeared in the photos. We would recommend the condo without reservation.

We were 3 adults and 5 children and the space was perfect. We strongly recommend Scuba Cancun, Not Scuba Fred. We enjoyed Ziplines at Selvatica. Snorkeling in Akumal. Ruins in Tulum. Swimming with Dolphins on Isla Mujeres. Dining in El Centro at Las Parilla and Perico's. Sunning on the beach at Riu next door and body surfing at Playa Delfries. Casa Tequilla around the corner was very nice as well. Our day trip to Cozumel and Playa Del Carmen were well worth the time, especially diving with Dive Paradise. Thanks again for a wonderful home during our vacation.

We spent a lot of time using the pools and enjoying the views of the ocean from the balcony. There were 9 of us - 81 to age 8 and everyone got their space to enjoy the vacation. We would recommend the condo to anyone and tell them how convenient to the best of Cancun it is. Bus service right at the front door almost, fun things to do, great restaurants and shopping.

Review in Guest Book at Condo. Betty, Condo was great - just as presented. The kids really enjoyed the availability of movies. Great info prior to our arrival. Mocombo's was a great recommendation for dinner - The one on Isla Mujeris Island was also excellent & recommended by our cab driver while there. Location was Fantastic ! ! Close to everything - great access to the bus. Security and Staff were great.

Absolutely loved the space for 2 adults and 3 kids. Security guards were extremely cordial and friendly. My spanish is descent, so we had no problems communicating. Our biggest problem was that we didn't want to leave! Lots of beds, great location, easy walking distance to shopping and night life. We had a car, so we left in morning and came back at night most days. My wife wishes we would have just stayed at the condo instead of leaving. There is a sunken tank or so about 100 feet to the left where you can see fish when it's sunny. There are also some near the docks to the right if you're into snorkeling. Ferry to isla mujeres leaves right next door. Would recommend the hotel next to El Garrafon in Isla Mujeres as a day trip.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children, families with teenagers.
