Wow....that kind of sums it up. I am typing this while sitting on the porch here, looking out at that tourquoise sea....sipping a smoothie, made with the blender included here....The condo has all the ammenities one could want, nothing has been left out... I am here with a co-worker, we had hoped to have a couple more friends along, but one can meet other guests here easily enough, and get to know some unique people staying here....The folks next door at the RIU look over longingly at the spacious pool deck, and un-occupied open spaces here, while they are parked elbow to elbow.....and I would venture to guess that per person, we are paying less to lounge here than in any number of the All Inclusives..... Thank you Betty, for opening your home to folks like us, and I will be telling some family members about this place and plan on bringing some down in the future.... Rodney and Michelle

We were 3 adults and 5 children and the space was perfect. We strongly recommend Scuba Cancun, Not Scuba Fred. We enjoyed Ziplines at Selvatica. Snorkeling in Akumal. Ruins in Tulum. Swimming with Dolphins on Isla Mujeres. Dining in El Centro at Las Parilla and Perico's. Sunning on the beach at Riu next door and body surfing at Playa Delfries. Casa Tequilla around the corner was very nice as well. Our day trip to Cozumel and Playa Del Carmen were well worth the time, especially diving with Dive Paradise. Thanks again for a wonderful home during our vacation.

Absolutely loved the space for 2 adults and 3 kids. Security guards were extremely cordial and friendly. My spanish is descent, so we had no problems communicating. Our biggest problem was that we didn't want to leave! Lots of beds, great location, easy walking distance to shopping and night life. We had a car, so we left in morning and came back at night most days. My wife wishes we would have just stayed at the condo instead of leaving. There is a sunken tank or so about 100 feet to the left where you can see fish when it's sunny. There are also some near the docks to the right if you're into snorkeling. Ferry to isla mujeres leaves right next door. Would recommend the hotel next to El Garrafon in Isla Mujeres as a day trip.

Recommended for:Families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

A True Paradise!

This place was amazing! The view from the condo was breathtaking. It was very beautiful and spacious. There were 8 of us and we never felt crowded. It was nice that each couple had their own bathroom along with their bedroom. Punta Cancun Towers was very nice. The grounds were kept very clean. The staff was very friendly & helpful. The security guard (Paskal) by the pool was so nice. He helped us everyday by bringing us cushions for our chairs & umbrellas. The infinity pool was awesome! It was never crowded. One day we had the pool all to ourselves! It was so nice to lay by the pool & see nothing but beautiful crystal clear ocean. The beach itself was small but the water was absolutely gorgeous! If you walk a little ways, there is tons to do. Our group went kayaking & sailing on a hobie cat right from the beach. Prices were very reasonable. The location was great. There are little shops & restaurants within walking distance but the bus will take you anywhere you want to go for less than $1.00USD per person. Just tell the driver where you want to stop. La Isla Mall is very beautiful and the aquarium is very cool. We swam with the dolphins right there! The mall across the street from the condo (Plaza Caracol) is also nice. I would recommend shopping there for soveniers; they seemed to be a little cheaper. I would definetly recommend this property to anyone. Our only complaint is we wish we would have had more time! We will be visiting Cancun again and hopefully stay at Punta Cancun Towers!!

We spent a lot of time using the pools and enjoying the views of the ocean from the balcony. There were 9 of us - 81 to age 8 and everyone got their space to enjoy the vacation. We would recommend the condo to anyone and tell them how convenient to the best of Cancun it is. Bus service right at the front door almost, fun things to do, great restaurants and shopping.

If you looked out over the pool area we could hardly tell we were in Cancun. It was so quiet. We never had to fight for chairs. In fact, some of the time we were the only ones using the pool. Great location, near restaurants, shopping, bus line, spas, etc. Three blocks away from boardable waves. The condo was huge. Freddy was very helpful. Nice open design. We will definitely recommend this to others. Thanks Betty!

Review in Guest Book at Condo. Betty, Condo was great - just as presented. The kids really enjoyed the availability of movies. Great info prior to our arrival. Mocombo's was a great recommendation for dinner - The one on Isla Mujeris Island was also excellent & recommended by our cab driver while there. Location was Fantastic ! ! Close to everything - great access to the bus. Security and Staff were great.

The condo was very nice and we had the choice of going to the beach or staying by the swimming pool. It is located between two big hotels and some shopping places. There is also some restaurants around but they are mexican-american based as far as food, so do not expect anything authentic. We rented a car so we actually preferred to load up on groceries and have them at the condo at our convenience. We drove to downtown where they have a costco and two walmarts and loaded up on fruits, things for breakfast, beer, wine and anything you can possibly think. We actually found some locally owned restaurants around the wallmarts where the locals go that were much much better than the americanized places around the condo for about half of the price we had paid before. We also drove to the Chichen-Itza archeological site which was awesome and had a lot of culture and history which is about 2.5 hours driving. If you do this make sure you take the toll road (cuota road), it will make a difference, otherwise the non-toll road will take you through a ton of little tiny towns where there is huge TOPES to slow you down and it will add a good hour at least to your driving. If you want to go to the ferry for Isla Mujeres is only about 15 minutes driving from the condo, all you need to do is come out of the parking lot and make a right and the ferry is about 15 minutes down the road. We really enjoyed the condo since like I said we had the choice of the beach and the swimming pool, the security people were very nice and if we had questions about anything they always helped us. We will definitely do this again.

Dear Bety, I would like to thank you for the use of your luxurios condo, it was all that we expected and more, The lay out and decor was very nice, and the lacation was fantastic. My wife Nancie and I enjoyed our selves, this is by far the best accomodations that we have had in cancun. This being my 4th trip and my wife's 3rd. We will return to this condo on our next visit to cancun, again thank you so much for allowing us to reside in your beautiful condo. The condo was clean and well maintained, and would recommend to anyone looking for outatnding accmodations. We really enjoyed Macombs it was good food at very reasonable prices. Fantastic Vacation

We just returned from a week at Betty's condo. It was Fantastic! It was exactly as she described and it was a wonderful experience. Everything was very nice, clean and convenient. Matt, the new manager, was extremely helpful and pleasant. This condo is in a great location...across the street from a mall and just down the street from several night spots. It is located on the 4th floor which is just high enough to see the wonderful blue water over the palm trees without getty dizzy when you looked down. We never had to fight for chairs by the pool. The only thing we wished for was a bit larger beach but we had enough sand to take walks and enjoy the surf. The security at the condo was amazing and we felt very safe at all times. It would have been helpful if the guards spoke a little more English since most of the guests did but... I guess we were in Mexico. Thank you, Betty for great customer service and a great vacation in your condo!! I hope we can come back soon.

June 5 thru June 12, 2009 It is our last night here, and our daughter keeps asking, "Do we have to go home?" Needless to say, we have had a fabulous vacation! Your beautiful, spacious condo was just perfect for us. We are spoiled now and can't imagine spending a week in a hotel room! Vicky and the Secuirty staff were very helpful as well. The guys carried chairs to the beach for us every day. When we decided we needed to rent a car due to our daugher's foot being broken, Vicky had an Avis representative come here and take us to the agency. We went deep sea fishing with W.W. Sports Fishing Charters and caught tons of Tuna, Snapper, Triggers and a Barracuda. Great fun! This was definitely our best vacation ever, and we would love to oome back again! hi Betty!! Cancun was a blast and your condo exceeded all our expectations. the view is fantastic and the place is spacious and oooh sooo comfortable so we all had a chance to relax. we loved it. the location was perfect with shops and restaurants within walking distance, we run into an interesting situation at the beach at Riu next door with some folks sunbathing with less clothing than narmal but that didn't stall our fun, the dids kept busy with the waverrunners and frolicking in the ocean. it was cute. thank you for letting us stay in your home. **BT

Jan. 24 thru Jan 29, 2009 We had a wonderful time - had previously stayed next door at all inclusive - this place had absolutely wonderful privacy and security - the staff was wonderful and courteous - we love the attention we received from Security - the condo was suppled well with amenities and very spacious - would recommend to any future cancun visitors. FYI: The washer only on medium water level and ya may trip a breaker in kitchen area. Double headed shower was absolutely wonderful! Dear Betty The condo was great! My "Girls" had a great time in Cancun. They spent a ton of time sun bathing - a couple went parasailing and they went snorkeling. This is our last outing as a troop of Girl Scouts. This fall they all head off in different directions for college. What they enjoyed most was the night-life. It's hard to keep your eye on 5 pretty girls in those night clubs. Thanks for the use of your beautiful place.

Betty, Thanks so much for the use of your great condo. The 4 of us ladies loved each having our own bathroom - it made for a very peaceful xo-existence! The place is nice and quiet, yet close to everything - and your pool & beach are the BEST! The staff was very nice and the grounds are nicely kept...very private and relaxing. GREAT FOOD11 Found 2 fabulous restaurants - "La Destileria" on the lagoon side across from Ruth's Chris Steak House & Luxury Mall - food is extraordinary & staff is very attentive. "Lorito Joes Lobster Shack - Past Destileria - tucked in near "La Dulce Vita" - food & service is excellent.

We were very happy with this property. It's a fantastic location for nightlife and shopping as well as the beach location. The security guards at the front gate were so helpful and friendly. The property is situated on a beautiful stretch of beach and the waves were calmer than other areas we have stayed at in the past because of the "Island of Women" being located across from the beach. The rooms were spacious and everyone was able to have their own space (we were traveling with 3 children). There was a large flat screen t.v. with a dvd player for when our kids were too tired to swim any longer. If you or anyone travelling has disabilities be aware that there are several steps down to the pool and again to the beach, although this seems very typical for all of Cancun. It was easy to catch the bus or taxi. I would recommend walking a bit before hiring a taxi as the price was higher when they picked us up at the property gate and several dollars lower if we walked a block or so and then hailed the taxi. The property is very much a "high end" building and it was furnished with all the items we needed for the week (towels, kitchen items, dishwasher soap, trash bags). We went to the supermarket and purchased groceries and laundry detergent. The jets on the hot tub were not working while we were there and the lap pool was very cold but the infinity pool was warm and as beautiful as it appeared in the photos. We would recommend the condo without reservation.

Betty, We had a fabulous time in Cancun and your condo helped to make our stay particularly relaxing. The spa is wonderful and my daughters and I enjoyed the staff very much. With restaurants and shopping so close everything was very convenient and the staff exceptionally helpful. We would love to come back with friends or family to share our wonderful experience again. Thank you for the use of your beautiful, centrally located & well-appointed condo. We loved the decorating, spaciousness & big kitchen (great gym, too). Our son, Tyson, just completed a 4 mo. scuba instructor course in Manzanillo, Mx. His 1st job will be here, in Cancun, at Manta Divers. Housing is expensive, but he found a studio en el Centro. His fiance, from Mazatlan joined us. It was a working vacation, but we did all scuba dive 2 days & enjoyed dinner at Pat O'Brians's (Cajun) & Paloma Bonita (Mex.) Betty- Your place was beautiful and we felt very comfortable in our "home" for the week. The weather was wonderful - the food was "yummy" and we had a great time with many memories!
