At night you'll have no problem sleeping to the sounds of the gentle surf. Though you'll be tempted to leave the world at home behind, you can easily access it with our free high speed wireless internet connection. Our professionally decorated and recently remodeled (Platinum-rated) 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit sits in a beach front building overlooking the sugar-white sands of Miramar Beach. Mainsail is a perfect family-oriented vacation destination on a private, gate-guarded 15 acre resort complex with over 700' of private beach front. There are no roads to cross to access the beach.
Our warm Tuscan-inspired color scheme will make you feel right at home, with terrazzo tiled floors throughout (bedrooms are carpeted). A large 32" HD flat-screen TV/DVD in the LR makes viewing your favorite cable TV shows/movies a pleasure. Sleep soundly or relax in the Master Bedroom in an ultra-comfortable king-size bed. Watch your favorite shows or movies on the cable TV/DVD, or take in the magnificent view of the Gulf from the balcony. The master bath is beautifully appointed with a glass vessel sink and marble-top vanity. There are twin beds with a cable TV/DVD arrangement in the guest room, with plenty of closet and dresser space. The guest bath is tastefully done with marble tile on the vanity and in the tub/shower. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters as well as upgraded appliances. A washer and dryer are just off the kitchen area.
Mainsail is conveniently located to everything Destin has to offer. Golfing, boating, parasailing, water parks, shopping, etc. - it's all here. Grocery stores and the Silver Sands outlet mall can be walked to across the street. Many fine restaurants and entertainment are located within a short distance. The resort has recently undergone a major renovation with a beautiful new pool/kiddie pool area and new workout facility. Look as you might, you will be hard-pressed to find a more perfect vacation spot than this one. Pack your suitcase and come to enjoy - paradise awaits.

We are a family of six (3 sons and one daughter)who enjoy spending time together. We love coming to Destin because of the variety and wealth of activities it offers. Dad and sons can enjoy golfing/fishing while Mom and daughter can enjoy shopping and sunning on the beach. We work hard in our business or, in the case of our kids, attending schools/universities. When it comes to vacation time we need a place that offers relaxation and fun for everyone. We have found Destin to be one of the best places to offer that combination.
Why the Owner Chose Mainsail
After searching for nearly a year, we chose Mainsail because of its great location and relaxed atmosphere. We love that it's so family-oriented, with a stress-free, quality environment. While it enjoys a great location in close proximity to everything Destin offers, it still retains a secluded, quiet feeling. With over 700' of beachfront, it never feels crowded. As a family we've traveled to many wonderful places throughout the world and can still say that Destin's beaches are among the prettiest.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
One of our favorite things to do while staying in the summer months is to rise early and snorkel in the surf. The water is warm and the waves are usually calm. We are continually amazed at what we see. We also enjoy reading a good book on the beach and watching for dolphins. Dad and boys love the local golf courses and always comment on their beautiful fairways. In the evenings we enjoy taking in the free concerts at Baytowne Wharf and strolling the shops. One of our favorite restaurants in town is Bonefish Grill - we always manage to find our way there at least once when we visit. Although we've been coming to Destin for the last 20 years we never seem to grow tired of it. With so much to offer, it only gets better with each passing year.

This was our first time to Destin. The water is beautiful! There were sharks out for a couple of days. Our kids were on Fall Break this week and it was a great time to come. The condo was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed it.
