New 2250 sq.foot home built in 2004. Located on the water with a private dock that can house at least 3 boats. There are 3 decks,one with a hot tub. This beautiful home is nestled in the woods for privacy but just minutes by car or boat to Flat Hollow Marina. 3 bedrooms have queen beds and the 4th bedroom is a "bunkroom" with 4 full sized beds. There is also a sleeper sofa in the lower family room-located away for privacy from the main floor. There is also a loft on the 3rd floor with a full bed. Tastefully furnished. Relax on any one of 3 decks! We charge less than ALL homes around us because we manage/rent our own property ourselves and do not have to pay a fee to a management/rental company & pass the savings on to you. There are beautiful mountain views as well as a waterfront view of Norris Lake.
This home is on a private deep-water cove perfect for water-skiing or jet skiing right from your own dock; perfect for a family vacation or getaway from the rest of the world!! We are only 15 minutes from town (Lafollette) so can go in to eat or shop if we want. We are located right on the water--not a bunch of steps to go up and down to access the water as in alot of locations at Norris.
