The condo was very well equipped, particularly the kitchen. You truly could park your vehicle in the garage and not take it out for the rest of the week. You could walk most places and the shuttle service was excellent to the mountain. The only negative comment we have concerns the noise level in the condo. We had different upstairs neighbors throughout the week and the sound proofing is poor. You would swear they were running up and down the stairs in their ski boots!

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

Breckenridge ski vacation

My son, a friend, and I travelled to Breckenridge for President's week ski vacation. I typically travel with my kids every year to a different western ski location and this was our first time in Breckenridge. The condo was small but clean. It was nice having a heated garage for our car so we did not have to clean the snow off. the condo was close to the slopes and town; however it was not ski-on, ski-off. There was a free shuttle within a block so it was still easy to get to the slopes. the condo complex has a hot tub that is shared by multiple units; although the unit we stayed in was the closest to the hot tub, we were never the only ones in it when we wanted to use it. The owners of the unit sent us the keys in advance, with a packet of discounts on rentals and restaurants, as well as things to do in Breckenridge, which was helpful. Note to anyone skiing at Breckenridge: the mountain is at a high altitude, and several people that we skied with, did get altitude sickness. Overall, however, the condo was satisfactory, and the ski vacation was enjoyable.

Our group had a fantastic time at your condo! The location was fantastic (so easy to ski home on 4 O'Clock) and we loved being so close to town (we walked in every night)! The condo was well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies and was wonderfully cozy. We made great use of the hot tub and games as well! Thanks to Karen and Dennis for being so helpful and accommodating!

We stayed here during ski season and found the condo suited our needs quite well. It had very easy access to Peak 8 by bus. The hot tub was relaxing. It was also really nice to have a garage, so no need to scrape ice off the car. We actually rarely used the car since it was so easy to walk downtown from the condo. One complaint was that there was a strange constant humming from the furnace. But really, the kitchen was well-stocked. The living area was very comfortable. And Karen and Dennis did a wonderful job of making us feel welcomed to their condo.

Fantastic Condo, Fantastic Location

My friends and I had a great time at Karen and Dennis's place. Main St. in Breck is an easy 5 min walk and the shuttle to the lifts is literally in front of the complex. You can even ski to the building if the roads are snow-covered. Just ski from the 4 O'Clock run onto Sawmill Road down to Ski Hill Road...you'll be directly across from the complex. Anyway, we had a great time and will absolutely come back and stay there again!

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, tourists without a car.

The property was fabulous, wonderful, and I could go on and on!! It exceeded all of our expectations. It is in walking distance to practically everything!!! It had every accommodation we could have ever needed, except a baby gate for the stairs. Haha! So, bring a baby gate if you have a little one. The condo owners responded quickly to email and had our getaway packet to us in plenty of time!! We would definitely stay in this condo again and plan to do so in two years for our son's senior trip. What a great retreat from the Masters Tournament in Augusta, GA! We appreciated how comfortable,clean and tastefully appointed the condo was during our stay. It was great that we could take a siesta during the middle of the day and return to the slopes. Thanks for making it available.

Thanks - this was the perfect condo for our ski trip. Restaurants right around the corner for eating out. Every possible appliance for eating in. Blue sky skiing. Hot tub was great for aching bones. Warm cozy fireplace - the perfect end to a perfect day. Thanks so much for the memories.
