Casa Falco is a beautiful, Italian farmhouse situated at the end of its own white road, nestling in a tranquil valley. The house is elegantly furnished with an emphasis on comfort and relaxation. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, high ceilings, shutters, and terra-cotta-tiled floors ensure the house remain cool in the summer heat. The reception rooms are equally spacious, allowing for groups of ten plus to eat and sit in comfort. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils and cookery books for the enthusiastic cook.
The elegant 10 by 5 pool is close to the house for child security and is surrounded by lavender bushes and flower beds. The area is attractively laid out with gravelled and potted areas and there is plenty of room for sunbathing and relaxing. A long covered ivy clad loggia provides good shade also there are sunloungers with cushions, deck chairs, and umbrellas provided. A covered eating area with lovely views to the local,medieval village of Sant Angelo in Pontano is a perfect place to eat out day and night taking in the very typical Italian views. There are lovely walks in the meadows surrounding the house and the dominant sounds are church bells and birdsong. The location is completely private as the white road which acts as the drive way ends at the house. There are countless good restaurants near by and an up to date restaurant guide is left for you for your enjoyment.
The house is on three stories and perfect for two families or groups of up to ten, fourteen maximum. Big, walk in showers, crisp linen, soft towels all provided to ensure a very comfortable, tranquil, relaxing holiday in the heart of the stunning Le Marche region. Beaches and mountains are less than one hour away and there are several hill top towns and places to explore with views that will take your breath away.
