This brand new (end of 2005), non-smoking Condo is ready for family fun. The unit is located on the 4th floor of a 4 level building, which offers the best view and no noise from above. The furnishings, linens and appliances are new and will provide your family with all the comforts of home. This is one of the few condos at Grandview available for rent with an on site boat slip. Wireless high speed internet service is provided.
The kitchen contains a full assortment of china, flatware, glasses and cooking utensils. The kitchen looks over a breakfast bar into the dining and living rooms. The living room has access to the balcony, great views of the Lake, 32 inch flat screen television, DVD/VCR, digital cable, surround sound system and electric fireplace. The dining room has seating for 8 people, and the breakfast bar has seating for 4.
The Master bedroom has a King-size bed, walk-in closet, DVD and cable TV, private jetted bath, separate shower, and private access to the balcony. You will wake-up to a great view of the Lake from this bedroom. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen-sized bed. The 3rd bedroom contains 2 bunk-beds for four children or small adults. These 2 bedrooms both have large closets. The 2nd full bath contains a combination tub/shower and is accessed from the common area near the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms.
The Condo also has a walk-in utility room with full-sized washer and dryer.
Grandview Point is a small complex of only 36 units contained in 2 buildings. The pool and docks are located between the buildings and are only a short elevator ride from our Condo. The buildings are serviced by 1 elevator and 2 staircases.
If you’re coming to the Lake to have fun, this is the place to stay. The lake itself is easily accessible by a boat launch on-site. Whether you want to water ski, fish or just go for a boat ride, the Lake will provide a beautiful backdrop. We are located close to the outlet mall, go-cart tracks, boat rental, movie theatres, golf courses, mini-golf, a water park and two state parks.
Additionally, there are very convenient grocery stores and a Target and Wal-Mart nearby. A wide variety of restaurants are in the vicinity with a broad range of cuisines including BBQ, Italian, Mexican, seafood and steaks. If you are looking for some nightlife, just down the street from our Condo is the Dog Days Cafe (formerly The Salty Dog) with lakeside dining and live music several days a week.
