Shenandoah Sunrise will provide year round grand views of Massanutten and Blue Ridge Mountains! Our custom built log home was designed to accommodate two families. All rooms are spacious to comfortably accommodate 14 people. The great room has a 8'x26' stone fireplace, with a front prow that provides spectacular 180 degree mountain and valley views. We've added the extra's to the oversized kitchen:two dishwashers, ice maker, wine cooler,and wet bar. The dining room table will seat 12+ and additional 5 at the kitchen counter.

Two master bedrooms (private bathrooms), 1 guest bedroom and a bunk room provide (share a full bath), guest bedroom in basement with full bathroom.(TV/DVD in all bedrooms, but not in basement bedroom)! Families will gather on the front deck or the back porch to relax and enjoy their stay!!

There is a go cart center in the resort, frisbee golf (in the spring/summer) Activities within a 35 minute drive include: Caves, Wineries, civil war sites, Monticello (approx 45 min).   • We stayed at Shenandoah Sunrise for JMU graduation, May 2-5, 2008. The house is beautiful; it is immaculate and brand new, but it has a log home feel. The view is the best feature, it is pristine. When we were there all the flowering trees were in bloom, we had deer running beneath our feet while we stood on the deck and we could hear streams running in the background. It is a place we would highly recommend.

  • We had the pleasure of staying in the Shenandoah Sunrise for our daughters graduation from JMU last spring. It was a great house and allowed our entire family to stay together for all of the festivities! The house is beautiful and very comfortable. My ONLY regret is that we discovered it too late to enjoy for my daughters entire 4 years!
