Shenandoah Sunrise is a large and spacious log home with wood floors, wood walls & wood ceilings with exposed beams throughout. Enjoy a cozy fire in the 30 foot tall massive stone fireplace in the living room.
Sit on the front deck or the back porch and enjoy your favorite music coming through the outdoor speakers.
Play one of the many family board games or watch a movie from the DVD library. Take a book from the library in the loft and read awhile on one of the living room window seats.

Our custom built log home was designed to accommodate two families. All rooms are spacious to comfortably accommodate 14 people. The great room has a 8'x 26' stone fireplace, with a front prow that provides spectacular 180 degree mountain and valley views. We've added the extra's to the over-sized kitchen:two dishwashers, ice maker, wine cooler, and wet bar. The dining room table will seat 12+ and additional 5 at the kitchen counter.
Two master bedrooms (private bathrooms), 1 guest bedroom and a bunk room provide (share a full bath), guest bedroom in basement with full bathroom.(TV/DVD in all bedrooms except in the basement bedroom)! Families will gather on the front deck or the back porch to relax and enjoy their stay!!

Activities within a 35 minute drive include: Caves, Wineries, Civil War sites, Monticello (approx 45 min). Skyline Drive/Shenandoah National Park entrance 20 minutes away.

Why the Owner Chose Massanutten Resort
Four Season resort and so many activities for the family. My children learned to Ski at Massanutten and the Ski School is great. Area is close to the Shenandoah River and the National Park. Harrisonburg is close for shopping, eating at many restaurants and events at James Madison University.

Sitting on the front deck with family and friends, listening to music and enjoying the fantastic views. Very relaxing.
