THE HOUSE
This large elegant 18th century stone country house (320 msq 1sq m =10 sq ft) is situated on 6 acres of land with large private swimming pool and badmington court overlooking the rolling Chianti hills with the Etruscan town of Volterra dominating the valley. The house has been completely restored to high standard and divided into 2 independent units which can be rented separately or as a complete property being connected by an internal staircase. The property is 1km away from the village of Chianni at 1000ft asl, along an unmade up road which passes through vineyards and olive groves, used mainly by farmers.

GARDEN & POOL
Each unit has its own secluded area for eating outside or to relax taking in stunning views. The footpaths take you to the large pool (8 x 16mts) and the badmington court. The 1,5 acres garden is completely fenced in and well looked after with a wide variety of plants, flowers and a pond. In the nearby meadows you can find many wild flowers, including various types of wild orchids.

CHIANNI
There are 4 restaurants,bank, internet point and all kinds of shops for all your everyday needs.
