Enjoy our beautiful, two bedroom, Gulf-front beach cottage in the world famous South Seas Resort on Captiva Island. Our cottage offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico from the front and bay views from the back.
Recently renovated, our cottage includes a full kitchen with Silestone countertops.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and private bath with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has twin beds and a hall bath with a shower/tub combination. A queen size sofa sleeper is located in the living room. Our laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. The new interior island décor is comfortable and casual. Our cottage is beautifully landscaped and fronts to two and a half miles of beautiful white sand beaches with excellent shelling. The recently renovated swimming pool and tennis courts are within steps from our door.
This property is privately owned and located within South Seas Resort. The Beach Cottages are located in a tranquil setting within South Seas Resort and offer much privacy. They are within walking distance of the front gate of South Seas Resort and many Captiva Island restaurants and shops.
Our Cottage is in a four-plex (not a large, hotel-like setting). Our laundry room is in our cottage (not a shared, outside room). This rental includes the beach cottage amenities: pool, tennis, and beach as shown. It does not include resort amenities. Our cottage is on the first floor with a magnificent view and entrances on both the pool and Gulf sides of the cottage. Gulf side access allows for easy walks to and from the beach with children and convenient storage of beach toys, chairs, etc. There is no road to cross. The beach is accessible by a private sand path for beach cottage guests only (as shown).
Captiva and nearby Sanibel Island offer a unique vacation experience year around with numerous restaurants, shops and outdoor activities for all ages. This is a truly wonderful destination for families, couples, and honeymooners.
We use a first class Captiva property rental firm for local management of our cottage. Keys and island information are picked up at their location. Travel insurance is offered.
Exceptional extended stay rates available during September, October, December, and January (non holiday weeks only). Extended stay is three weeks or more. Must call for rates and terms.
$500 deposit required for weekly stays, $1000 deposit for two or more weeks. Credit cards accepted for deposit.
Full payment due 30 days prior to arrival.
