THE CORONADO CABANA
This beautifully furnished 2200 square foot 4 bedroom beachside getaway is just seconds from New Smyrna's ocean waters. Located just one block from the beach on a sand street this home is perfect for two or more families.
There is a master bedroom with queen size bed and full bath and a 2nd bedroom with a queen. The 3rd bedroom features 2 twins and the 4th features two bunk beds (a total of six twins in these two bedrooms). Kitchen includes a 6 burner Viking professional stove with built in griddle.

Do yourself a favor and rent a house and not a condo! If not our house rent another house. The time that you will be able to spend with your family and friends just sitting around the house will make you trip worth it. The patio has two tables with eight chairs, a charcoal grill and a copper fire pit.
A saline pool / private hot tub is covered by screen and is great for a night swim after a day at the beach.

Rental contract requires that renters are at least 25 years old (children are not included in this). Basically we are not interested in renting a "spring break" party house. If you are a college student please look elsewhere.
We rent the Cabana from 4pm Saturday until 10am the following Saturday.

Our weekly rate is from 4pm Saturday until 10am the following Saturday.
A damage deposit is required of $500 (refundable) & $125 one-time cleaning fee.
