All bedrooms have full baths and the master bedroom has a view of the lake and a jacuzzi tub. The dock is on deep water and is perfect for fishing or swimming. You can tie up YOUR boat or jet ski to the dock or rent from a nearby marina and watch your family have fun from the dock or house! Lighted tennis courts are available on-site.

Flo & I retired to the North Georgia mountains in 2002. I am a retired US Air Force Colonel and Flo was the general manager of a very exclusive funtion club in Kettering Ohio. We enjoy the climate and the very friendly people here in the mountains. You will too.
Why the Owner Chose Hiawassee
The location of our townhouse is ideal. It is in city so has access all Hiawassee has to offer. We are at 2100 ft with stunning views of the mountains and lake and is on the lake with a deeded boat dock. We are less than 2 hours from Atlanta, Ashville, and Knoxville. Please come enjoy the mountains.

Great view and ambiance. Love the location. The lake is beautiful and having your boat in a secure dock within steps is great. We love the mountains, so relaxing. Very convenient to Hiawasee and stores, restaurants.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
