All bedrooms have full baths and the master bedroom has a view of the lake and a jacuzzi tub. The dock is on deep water and is perfect for fishing or swimming. You can tie up YOUR boat or jet ski to the dock or rent from a nearby marina and watch your family have fun from the dock or house! Lighted tennis courts are available on-site.

1/2 due for reservation with remainder due upon arrival. refundable if
cancelled within 45 days of reservation. (will refund later if time is rented)

Flo & I retired to the North Georgia mountains in 2005. I am a retired US Air Force Colonel and Flo was the general manager of a very exclusive funtion club in Kettering Ohio. We enjoy the climate and the very friendly people here in the mountains. You will too.
Why the Owner Chose Hiawassee
The location of our townhouse is ideal. It is in city so has access all Hiawassee has to offer. We are at 2100 ft with stunning views of the mountains and lake and is on the lake with a deeded boat dock. We are less than 2 hours from Atlanta, Ashville, and Knoxville. Please come enjoy the mountains.
