ASK about off season rates.  Pets welcome with refundable deposit of $400.
One half due for reservation with remainder due upon arrival.  refundable if
cancelled within 45 days of reservation.  (will refund later if time is rented)
all payments subject to 7% sales & 5% bed tax.  NO SMOKING WITHIN LIVING SPACE.
CHECK IN TIME: 3:00  CHECK OUT TIME 12:00 (later if not rented that day)
