On the first floor is a fully equipped kitchen and private laundry room. The separate dining and living rooms allow space for a family of six to dine together, play games, or just relax. There's also a bathroom and bedroom with two twin beds. Sliding glass doors in both the living room and bedroom allow access to the pool and yard.
On the second floor is the master suite with a king-size bed and private bath w/jacuzzi tub. There is another spacious bedroom with two twin beds and an adjacent private bathroom.
The balcony off the master bedroom provides a serene escape where you can curl up with a good book, have drinks, or just gaze out at the yard and pool.
