Beautiful, newly renovated five bedroom House in Eastman. Spacious kitchen includes granite counter tops and all new appliances. Living room has a gas fireplace with sliding glass doors and deck overlooking the golf course. Downstairs is a family room with TV, and DVD/VCR along with a broadband internet access.

There are five bedroom and three full baths. Enjoy all the amenities of Eastman including golf, swimming, kayaking and canoeing in the Summer; hiking and sightseeing in the Fall; and skiing, snowmobiling and sledding in the winter. Eastman also has a small indoor pool, several restaurants and an activities center.

Eastman is centrally located. It is close to Lake Sunapee State Park, Dartmouth College, Downtown Hanover, Concord and several ski areas. Only 12 miles from Mount Sunapee Ski Resort!
