5 blocks off Main St. in Frisco, the house backs up to the Ten Mile Range. Stunning views, small creek in back of house.
Spacious master bedroom with king-size bed, walk-in closet, full bath plus double-sinks. Large bunkroom off master, with queen/twin bunks.
Second bedroom with queen bed and full bath. Twin/twin bunkroom off of this bedroom.
Other beds include queen-sized futon, and queen-sized sleeper sofa.
Private 6-person hottub in house (sliding doors to patio), foosball table, tons of movies, a great Clubhouse less than 1 block, with sauna, steamroom, 4 more hot tubs, pool, racquetball and tennis. Kitchen is fully-stocked. All linens and towels are provided. Comcast cable and wireless internet.
SKIING: Copper Mountain is 7 miles to the west; Breckenridge is 9 miles south; Keystone 10 miles southeast; Arapahoe Basin 13 miles southeast; Loveland 20 miles east, Vail only 25 miles west! Great dining, shopping in Frisco. Outlet stores are only 7 miles to the east.
Only 1/2 mile to Lake Dillon and Frisco marina. Boating, fishing. 4 great golf courses nearby (Breckenridge Golf Club is the only PUBLIC golf course in the U.S. designed by Jack Nicklaus -- gorgeous and tough. Don't miss it! The Dye-designed Copper Mountain Golf Course is another good one. The course in Silverthorne called 'The Raven' was designed by Tom Lehman, and is exciting... and challenging!
2 blocks to bike path (also great for x-country skiing), hiking and mountain-biking. 3 blocks to huge 'adventure' playground.

We had a Wonderful time! Thank you so much for such a great place to stay! We ended up giving the girls the master suite with the king bed because it had a tv and they were thrilled! It was like a girls dorm except they fell asleep between 6:30 and 8:30pm! The skiing was terrific! We skied 5 days at Copper and 1 at Keystone ( which was a WHOLE lot more expensive without those wonderful discount cards!)
We would like to come back next year... the kitchen was STOCKED and the clubhouse was marvelous! Oh, and the mudroom and the garage.... anyway, you can tell we had a great time. Thanks again

Carrie, Had a great time at the condo. Your condo was no doubt the best-stocked condo we have ever rented! All was well and the kids enjoyed skiing at Keystone and Breck. Also enjoyed sledding down the hill by the church.

We had such a great time this year. We saw a large elk near Vail, climbed a fourteener (my 12th!), caught some fish, and just enjoyed catching up on some reading on the back deck. My family and of course my self had a wonderful time in Frisco. We enjoyed your house very much. The stream behind your duplex was superb. My granddaughter age 5 said that the daisies looked thirsty. What an excuse. She would take her sand-pail bucket and carefully begin to water the daisies.
When no one was looking, off came the sandals. Into the streatm she went. She just loved the cold water. Her lips never turned purple so we pretended not to notice that she was standing in the frigid stream water. We had a marvelous time. Hope to do it again -- very soon.

If you are looking for an activity filled mountain vacation, you’re not likely to find a more convenient-to-everything location. 'Bearly' a hop, skip and a jump from every major attraction in Summit County, this home is perfect for a family mountain get-a-way. In fact, there are enough beds for two families to sleep quite comfortably.
The relaxing private hot tub is guaranteed to transform even a grumpy grizzly into a teddy bear, and the toasty wood stove chases away every chill in the crisp mountain air. Our four cubs were entranced by racing homemade boats down the little brook that flows through the backyard, and by the bright stars in the nighttime mountain sky.
Frisco is a delightful mountain town with everything you could possibly need within a few minutes, and much of it within walking distance. Mama Bear enjoyed numerous shopping opportunities while Papa Bear and the cubs went fishing. During our stay, Frisco hosted a fabulous BBQ competition that attracted competitors from several states away. Between the BBQ, the many quality restaurants, and the full kitchen at the house, we were well fortified for our daily excursions of fun.
The cubs can't stop talking about the mountain of wonderful memories we made here. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to make a mountain of your own.

The owners are friendly and unbelievably helpful. The place was just what they promised, and what we needed/wanted. Hot tub=great. Foosball=awesome. Location=convenient. Clean. Quiet. Beautiful. About the owner: Carrie (a former 'ski-bum' who lived and loved Summit County in her youth), along with her husband Brian -- her high school prom-date! -- purchased the property in 1996. The location and layout, and all the amenities of MoutainSide have provided years of enjoyment for our family and friends. AND, as listing #725 on VRBO -- you can tell we've been doing this for quite some time! We love Frisco and Summit County, and we pride ourselves on taking good care of our VRBO guests.

Frisco is only 80 miles from Denver. So easy to access, and yet so far from the front range. And MountainSide is the best neighborhood in the County.
