We have 2 newly renovated, redecorated and refurbished studio units in Snowmass Village at the Aspenwood Condominiums...the closest condos to the mall, Silvertree hotel and slopeside. One of our units, J-4, is slopeside facing with mountain views - the 2nd unit is L-8 is poolside and a great spot to watch the kids enjoy the outdoors. L-8 has a separate bunk room with full size bed below and twin above bunk; rental somewhat higher than regular studio, but well worth it. Accordian doors close off this separate bedroom for extra privacy from main living area. Nearby totally new laundry room for extra convenience.
Both units have been planned with all new kitchens by Snowmass Kitchen Design, new flooring, newly expanded floor plans by 25%, new fireplaces, granite counters in kitchen and bath vanity, designer fixtures, new Pennsylvania House furniture including leather recliners (2) in each unit and full Queen extra luxurious sleeper sofas. The main bedding in each is King size. New carpet, new slate floors and new wood floors in kitchen in both.
The entire complex has undergone a $4.5 million dollar renovation on the exterior with new pool, hot tub spas, exercise room, sauna, landscaping, stone exteriors, etc. This is truly a deluxe property with many amenities fit for a king.

We also own a studio plus sleeping loft in the same complex...the rental rate is the same as for the studio plus bunk room listed herein.
