The front of the complex overlooks the lagoon, marina and St. Andrews State Park. Walk to Schooners Restaurant, St. Andrews State Park, Boat Dock Restaurant and Captain Anderson’s where you can eat, rent a boat/jet skis, go on a fishing trip or just watch them unload the day's fishing catch. Huge balcony (30 ft x 9 ft) that comes off of the living room and the Master bedroom. The Master bedroom has a King size bed and a very large bathroom with double shower heads and a double vanity, walk-in closet and separate commode. It makes getting ready for dinner easier! The 2nd bedroom is on the front side of the unit and overlooks the lagoon. Enter the main bathroom from the bedroom.
Full-size kitchen (looks out to the Gulf) with a bar and 4 bar stools. It also has a separate dining room with table and chairs. Plenty of room to eat and talk to the cook!! Kitchen has a stove, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, coffee pot, blender, toaster, plates, pans, cups, iron, ironing board, etc. etc. Towels and linens are provided too but bring your beach towels. Just like home! It is our home away from home, too!
Separate laundry room with a washer and dryer. Great for drying your towels! TV’s in living room-DVD, Master bedroom-DVD/VCR combo and Guest bedroom. The living room has a brand new pull-out Queen sleeper sofa. We purchased a better model that was more comfortable! Not only can the Master bedroom guests listen to the surf, but so can your guest sleeping on the sofa!! The 2 bunk beds are off the dining room area and you can see and hear the water from here, too!! What a great set-up!
