I love this place....T&C/Grace Bay is our favorite beach destination for total relaxation. Our 3rd time to this resort. We have yet to find a place that trumps this. The Calabash suite will be our 1st choice on future visits here! (previously stayed in other units) The rental process and communications with this owner was outstanding! EVERYTHING in the suite was well appointed, clean and worked flawlessly...even internet and free phonecalls to usa. Reasons we like this resort/unit......It is a smaller resort that has relaxed uncrowded feel to it. Yet it is within biking & walking distance of shops and restaurants. Well cared for. Adjacent properties are never crowded either. Pool&beach staff always there to help you. Restaurant and bar right there if you want something. The proximity of this unit to the beach itself can't be beat! When you walk up & down the beach and see all the properties, you can then appreciate this little oasis! The location of this unit within the resort is perfect. Wraparound balcony has great views! And we appreciated the fact that is a covered balcony...nice if there are showers in the forecast....and a welcome relief from the strong sun. Unit is on 2nd floor....just enough stairs for me to not complain about..haha...3rd floor units can get tiresome after few days. Time to plan the next vacation!

The Calabash Suite was a great experience. It was so nice to be on the beach within seconds of leaving the Suite. It was everything that Andrew said it was. He provided everything you would need at the Beach, including a lot of special touches. It was exactly as shown on the web. We would definitely stay there again.

We spent two weeks in the Calabashe Suite and I don't even know where to begin to tell you how beautiful this property is. The views from the beachfront balcony are absolutely breathtaking especially at sunset. The unit itself has a kitchen that makes you want to stay in and cook your meals even though you are on vacation. It's not work when you can pour yourself a glass of wine and prepare a meal in the wonderfully equipped kitchen. We only went out for four meals in two weeks as there were no restaurants that could hold a candle to the view that we had from our own room. The sheets, towels, cookware and everything provided was of the highest quality. We felt instantly confortable and at home, not like we were staying in a typical hotel room. The property itself is beautifully maintained and the lushness of the gardens is unsurpassed by any property on Grace Bay. Will I return, I am counting the days.....

This condo was everything you could possibly want. The view of the sunsets were mesmerizing. The condo is located right on the beach. We had access to kayaks, bicycles as well as the Hobbie Cats. We used everything. The small town is located within walking distance and there are many wonderful restaurants to enjoy. We enjoyed Thai, Italian and seafood. Magnolias is a great place to also watch the sunset (but it is just as beautiful from the condo). It is best to make reservations at some of the larger restaurants during the busy season. The condo was well equipped and extremely clean. I would definitely recommend the condo and would love to come back. There were 4 of us and even though there was a pull out sofa, we managed just fine.

This condo was absolutely perfect! There were 4 of us that stayed and enjoyed every minute of it. The description is dead on. We had the most magnificent view day and night. The sunsets were amazing. We took full advantage of the kayaking and sailing as well as the biking. It is located close enough to the little town for us to have walked to dinner at night. There were so many wonderful restaurants from Italian, Thai and seafood. There were a few we took a taxi to and Gloria's taxi service was great. She is a wonderful lady and was always prompt. I would highly recommend this condo and the staff at the resort were friendly and helpful.

Just returned from our second stay at the beautiful Calabash Suite. We are already planning our return trip. The suite is absolutely the best. The owner is so easy to work with and very professional, even left us two bottles of wine as a welcome gift. The condo has everything you need and more. The art work is beautiful. The deck and the view is outstanding. He has great flat screen TV's and a great sound system too. We loved the secure internet and never had a problem with that. Also a phone is available for free to call home. We had friends and family also stay at the RWI and I have to say this suite beat them all! We have really fallen in love with Turks and Caicos and the RWI but mostly with the Calabash Suite. Thanks to Andrew for another wonderful trip.

This Condo is MORE than the owner says it is. Beautifully equipped and What a View. So wonderful to have breakfast on the beautiful deck. The Diving in T&C is great, saw sharks on every dive. We have been all over the Caribbean and this is the best, calm, turquoise, clear water. Andrew has everything completely organized. So nice. And what a beautiful condo. We truly enjoyed this vacation and will definitely be back.

The Calabash Suite is a wonderful condo with a very well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedroom, fluffy soft bath linens, and best of all a fantastic view. We loved watching the sunsets from the balcony. The listing is completely accurate. We appreciated that the owner is very organized in providing guests with all of the necessary practical information both prior to arrival and in the unit as well. The Royal West Indies resort has lovely lush landscaping throughout the property making it delightful to spend time by the pools as a change from the beach. All in all a terrific holiday rental. We'll be back!

We spent an amazing week at the Calabash Suite. The condo is wonderfully appointed with all of the comforts of home. The views from the balcony were literally priceless. We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our honeymoon week. The owner was very responsive about booking and communicating information to us before our stay. We can not think of one negative thing to say about our stay.

The Calabash Suite was the perfect spot for a laid back, comfortable vacation. The resort staff were wonderful, and the suite more than met all of our needs. It was clean, well decorated and roomy enough for 2 adults and a child. We cooked most of our meals, and the kitchen was well stocked with anything and everything you could possibly need. The view and the proximity to the beach is as good as it gets! A few questions came up during our trip, and Andrew did a great job responding to our questions immediately making us feel even more comfortable. We will be booking this suite again!!

The condo the Calabash suite was so much more then we ever expected. The condo is beautiful and everything is perfect from the minute you open the door. The building is the best in the whole resort. The views of the beach, water and the sunsets are amazing. We used the beautiful balcony every morning and every evening. The AC is great. The owner has thought of many details down to the plush towels in the bathroom and the lovely artwork through out. The kitchen is very well appointed. There was nothing we needed. Many channels on the TV and a beautiful sound system. The resort is great. Friendly people all around. The restaurant on site is very nice. I want to say to book this condo and communicate with the owner was great. Andrew helped us in many ways and made us feel very comfortable during our stay. I have to admit I am very picky when it comes to hotel/condo accommodations.I also have to say there was nothing to be picky about with this condo. It had it all and we will definately be returning.

This was our 7th trip to Provo and our second stay at the Calabash and we loved every second of it. It was a perfect vacation. The accomdations are totally upgraded and the ice maker saved a few trips to IGA for ice and that was quite a luxury. It had all the luxuries of home with a bonus of a beautiful sunset thrown in every night. I have been busy sending emails through Trip Advisor to people wanting to see pictures. They told me they booked because of all my raving about the Calabash. I think it is time I keep this beautiful gem to myself or I will not be able to get reservations. You can easily spend 3 times the amount of money on other accomodations and you would not get what the Calabash has to offer. The location is perfect. Andrew makes the transaction a breeze. We are going to book June 2011. We cannot wait to go back and wished we had booked it for longer. Dan and Mary Ellen Veshela

We just returned from a 9 day stay and it is an amazing property! We have been to over 12 Caribbean islands and this is our new favorite! The owner is very efficient and organized and has a beautifully decorated and well maintained second floor unit with gorgeous ocean and sunset views right off the covered balcony. The king bed was very comfortable, the electronics were all updated and we were never disturbed by noises from other guests. There were plenty of kitchen gadgets and supplies to cook anything you would like---just go through cupboards before your first shopping trip to make sure you don't purchase something that is already present. The staff at this resort are friendly and charming and make your stay enjoyable. The grounds are impeccably maintained, the pools are clean and the perfect temperature and the resort bar/restaurant is open for all meals, which are fantastic. There are two bakeries and one grocery within walking or very short biking distance from the resort and the resort bikes that you can borrow have baskets, which makes shopping for cooking supplies a breeze! (We also brought backpacks) We didn't feel the need to rent a car, as there are over 8 restaurants a 20 minute walk or less from the resort. There are plenty of activities to keep you occupied---the resort supplies boats, kayaking and nearby operators do direct beach pick up for parasailing and banana boat rides. Daily charters for fishing, snorkeling or other activities come directly to the resort or beach front to pick up and drop off customers. We also walked down to a coral reef right off the beach and snorkeled for free, seeing sea turtles, rays, tons of fish, and even a small reef shark! There is a casino right next door to the resort, which has all the major table games and slots and even a poker room. We met several groups who were searching for investment property on the island and all of them love this resort the best. We also met many families returning for their second and third (and more!) time to this resort, which says volumes about the property and its amenities. We hope to return soon and highly recommend this particular unit for your stay, as it is located in the only oceanfront building on the complex and has an unobstructed view of beach, while offering cover for shade on its balcony. Our boat captain from a fishing charter even dropped off free, fresh fish during the week from other charters for us to cook!!!! Very friendly locals!

The Calabash Suite was perfect for our getaway. The suite was tastefully decorated, clean, comfortable and does have the best location in the resort with a spectacular view from the balcony. The staff at RWI were all friendly and courteous. The resort grounds are lovely and well maintained. Andrew did a great job communicating with us during the rental process. Doug and I cannot thank you enough for allowing us to stay in your beautiful Calabash Suite. Our 30th anniversary was wonderful and being able to stay in the best place on Provo helped to make it so. It was everything you described and more. We couldn't have been happier with it. We own a lake place which we have decorated in a tropical style, so we felt very much at home in your wonderfully decorated condo.! Everything was just beautiful and very convenient. The view is spectacular, and since it rained a few of the days we were there, having a covered deck made all the difference! You have done an outstanding job of making sure all your guests needs are accommodated. We love the island of Provo and plan to return in the future. The people of the island are so very friendly and the restaurants amazing. One of the best is the Mango Reef and so convenient being right on the property. The beach staff at the Royal West Indies was great and they went out of their way to be of assistance to us and all the guests there. We especially loved the welcome reception on the beach Monday afternoon. Rum punch and conch fritters... what's not to like!! The sunsets were amazing and snorkeling was some of the best we have ever had. We walked forever on the beaches, and loved the sand. You have a beautiful place on a magical island. Thank you so much for sharing it with us. We will always remember our 30th anniversary as one of our most special trips. Thank you again for everything. Our most sincere thanks,

We have vacationed at a number of privately owned condos in the Caribbean, Florida, Arizona and Hawaii. The Calabash suite is at the top of our list. Not only is the unit on prime beachfront of Grace Bay, the island of Providenciales has yet to be developed comparable to other islands and was perfect for our R & R vacation from our hectic life at home. The beach sand is compact for our long, enjoyable walks and safe to walk to neighbouring restaurants in the evening. The condo included all that was needed for our vacation; we only had to supply our own food, drink and personal essentials. Thank you Andrew for our memorable vacation; we will be back to visit.

What a place - the location, the facilities, the resort. We could not find fault with this rental. Steps from the most wonderful beach, our favourite time was the sunset, and watching this from the terrace. Everything that was stated about the Turks and Caicos and in particular this condo is absolutely true. I don't normally respond to feedback requests but felt I had to on this occasion. Fantastic restaurants, within walking distance. Boat/catamaran trips were great, and very good value for money. Snorkelling is amazing at Coral Gardens. I highly recommend this apartment and the Turks and Caicos Islands.
Owner response:Thanks for your comments Diana, and we're glad you enjoyed your vacation at The Calabash Suite.

Staying both in Provo and in the condo are the best marriage of soothing, relaxing and refined luxury. Spacious, well appointed and with an extaordinary view - relaxing luncheons or evenings can be spent on the balcony, by the pool, on the beach or in the condo itself - all with great enjoyment. This retreat is a perfect couples getaway.

We very much enjoyed our vacation and the The Calabash Suite was everything, if not more, than we had hoped for. The suite is tastefully furnished and appointed with all the comforts of home. The view is spectacular from the porch and the resort has a pristine beach location. It was certainly the most relaxing five days we have had in a long time. It was the perfect way to spend family time with our 18 year old daughter prior to her departure for college.

I am writing to your on behalf of both Michael and I to let you know what a fabulous time with both had at your Calabash Suite. The resort is beautiful and the suite itself was spectular. As many of your guests say I am sure..."we did not want to leave, and will undoubtedly be back some day!" The many comforts and conviences of home you provide were surely an added benefit. We quickly discovered we had overpacked. The coolers, floats, and grill, and toiletries were amongst the most used. Thank you for the wonderful accomidations. We brought back with us 15 roles of memories. Thank you for the wine, that was a nice touch. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Small details such as the high-thread-count sheets and the purified water system made for a supremely comfortable stay.
