Sant Pere (Saint Peter) was built around the XIth century and stands alone in the top of a hill facing a beautiful and unspoilt valley. The church and cemetery still belong to the Catholic Church although they are no more in use. Only once a year, for Saint Peter's Day, the priest comes and there is a religious service followed by a little village "fiesta."
The whole area is very rural yet very wealthy and enjoying a high quality of life. There are excellent restaurants and all sort of cultural and sport amenities around the place.
The house and fields are isolated and enjoy the privilege of a radical privacy (very agreeable when using the swimming pool). The vicarage sizes 700 metres in three floors. There are four bedrooms, two of them en suite; the main one has also a private living room and studio. A wide and warm kitchen will be the pleasure of cook lovers (we love to cook!). Two big livings, the winter one with a big and old fireplace, the summer one with library and studio (plus home cinema). A good-sized dining room and two huge terraces both facing the south.
Although the place is not in the beach, weather is nearly always sunny. Moreover, the heated swimming pool will allow you to swim from March to November.
There is a cosy and charming guest house in the garden; an independent place with its own bedroom, bathroom, and little kitchen (ideal for teens...).
Last but not least, our guest wine lovers will be able to visit and use our cave... be sure we will try to make you as happy as we are when living here!
NOTE: Well behaved children are welcomed but they must always be under adult surveillance. The whole place is quite wild and garden is built in many fences, some are protected but it is impossible to make all them safe. The swimming pool is unprotected.
