This elegant and confortable apartment is located Via S. Spirito, an ancient Florentine street with medieval-renaissance-baroque buildings still owned by noble family - like Frescobaldi, Lanfredini, Capponi, Medici and Manetti Palace -, and very close to the famous Ponte S. Trinita that leads to Via Tornabuoni and most important antiquarian's street Via Maggio. It is only 5 minutes away from Ponte Vecchio and Piazza della Signoria and Uffizi Gallery, 7 minutes walk from the Duomo.It has been recently beautifully restored, furnished and decorated. It is on the fourth floor ( whitout elevator ) and consist of: large living-dining room with kitchen area, double sofa bed + an extra foldable single bed ( sleeping 3 ), upstair matrimoniale bedroom with skylight, 2 full bathrooms with shower, one on each level. Bright, quiet, high standard furniture ( mostly antiques ), typical florentine cotto floor and wooden beamed ceilings. Upon your arrival you will be welcomed by the hostess. You will find also a complmentary bottle of Chianti wine and assorted continental breakfast package.
PS. Please note that the kitchen table can be enlarged, because is pliable, to allow confortable up to 5/6 persons with connections seats.
Coffee shops and bars, ice cream shops, pastry, trattorias, restaurants and pizzerias, street market on Piazza S. Spirito, and all kind of shopping facilities.
Distances: main train station, Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Pitti and Uffizi Gallery, Piazza Signoria, Duomo, Piazza della Repubblica are only ten to fifteen (10-15) minutes away by walk.
