Two-bedroom, deluxe, corner unit located on the sixth floor. A fixed unit on the top floor corner with excellent ocean views. Deluxe units have approximately 1750 square feet with larger balconies, more windows and better views. Deluxe corner units are larger than the regular units.

I own week 51 and week 52 for this fixed unit on the top floor. Arrival is on Saturday and departure is on Saturday. Week 51 is from December 19, 2008 to December 26, 2008. Week 52 is from December 26, 2008 to January 2, 2009.
