This spacious, 3500 square foot townhouse just built in late 2004 has three bedrooms each with a private bath, a chef's kitchen (with a local cook available if you like) is perfect for a couple who like their privacy, a family or a nice group. The Colonial style villa boasts vaulted ceilings, hand-crafted doors and elegant wood detailing.
The open floor plan connects the living room with an open kitchen, all flowing out to a great sitting patio with grass for laying or playing just off the patio. The second floor contains the spacious master with a large bath, complete with jetted tub for relaxing the sore muscles after the surfing day.
