This sunny corner, second floor condo is a great find! The furnishings, which are updated regularly, are contemporary with clean lines and in peaceful shades. Many windows let in the sunshine, cool ocean breezes and overlook a quiet oceanside neighborhood.
The common courtyard's landscaping has been enhanced this summerwith beautiful tropical plants that enhance your vacation experience. This small quiet complex is just steps from never-crowded, beautiful Cocoa beach. The beach is quite possibly the widest, non-driving beach Central Florida. Beach access is free and only a two block's walk from the condo. Parking is available at the beach's entrance.
Once inside our condo, you'll feel right at home and relaxed from the moment you arrive. To help you relax the Condo comes with a home entertainment system featuring a 30 inch High Definition TV and DVD player. A second 20 inch LCD TV is in the bedroom.
Eating in is a pleasure since you have a smooth-top stove and full size frig as part of the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel cookware.
A separate dining area is right outside the kitchen and surrounded by windows making it a delightful place for a meal - cup of coffee or just reading the paper.
When you care to do more than relax inside - there plenty of attractions and activities nearby. You're just minutes from the Cocoa Beach Pier featuring open air sports bars, over the ocean dining, shops, pier fishing, surfing, parasailing, volleyball, live entertainment, wave runners, and boats of all kinds. There's always enough going on to make the days breeze by - whether you want participate or just watch...
In 10 minutes you can be taking a fishing, gambling, or cruise ship to get a change of scenery. For the more adventurous, the Kennedy Space Center is just up the road. In 45 minutes you can be in the heart of Orlando for great shopping, entertainment and the attractions of Disney, Universal, Sea World, theater, and sporting events.
The area offes both casual and high-end dining. Seafood, Indian, Italian, German, Cuban and Thai are just a few of the varieties you have to choose from within a five to ten minute drive.

When we first moved to Florida from Massachusets, we knew we were going to include the Florida beaches in our lifestyle. We were drawn to the warm waters and cool breezes, and since have spent many a day either relaxing to the ocean sounds or sculpting sandcastles.
Why the Owner Chose Cape Canaveral
We decided to buy in the Cape Canaveral/Cocoa Beach area because of it's proximity to everything we wanted. It's less than an hour's drive from Orlando -airport, theme parks, cultural events, professional sports, and more. Plus this area has it's own attractions of active public beaches, secluded national seashores, NASA launches and visiting complex, zoo, family activities, and endless restuarant and nightlife options.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Location, peace, and relaxation. If you like walking on the beach, you're only 2.5 blocks or maybe 3 minutes away from uncrowded beaches. These are residential streets without businesses, traffic, or noise. The complex is on the beachside of the highway. Yet, the public bus/trolley system has a stop within two blocks, and everything you could need is within a 5 minute drive. You can relax, enjoy the area and beaches without hassles.

We recently rented this 1 bedroom condo and would highly recommend it! It is in a nice area, 2 blocks to the beach and is very clean. It has a comfortable King sized bed, HD TV and tile floors in the kitchen and living area. Susan was very helpful and accommadating. Ken Minnesota

This place was great. It was clean, on a quiet street, and we didn't have to cross a busy street to reach the beach. It was well furnished with a crisp modern flair. We especially liked the good quality of the linens and the towels If we make it back to Cocoa Beach we plan to stay here again. Thank you Susan for a wonderful stay.

My husband and I spent the month of March 2006 in this condo and we would highly recommend it. The furnishings are lovely and it was sparkling clean on our arrival. The location is perfect--two blocks from the beach and very close to shopping, etc. Susan was very detailed in answering any questions and provided us with good information on the area. We would not hesitate to rent this condo again--and probably will!
