We had a wonderful, peaceful weekend! It was great to get away from blackberries, cell phones and the constant demands of life! Your cabin so peaceful. We never saw a car! By the way, thank you for the information on bluebirds. We plan to get a box for our yard in Tallahassee. You have been great hosts! We hope to be back!!!

We have had a wonderful time staying in your cabin. While Jim was away at the Folk School, we explored the surrounding area and even got to make snowballs while we were here. It is a beautiful relaxing place. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

We want to say thanks for the use of your cabin. It was very relaxing and gave us a chance to reconnect as a family. Fire's Creek was a favorite spot! We climbed the rim trail often, just to pick blueberries- returning to the creek to cool off and numb our feet! The pies were exceptional! Our youngest did his best at luring the trout and his fly fishing skills improved greatly over the week. We drove to Franklin one day and hooked up with t he Appalachian Trail. WOW! What breathtaking scenery! After looking at the literature in your basket, we decided to take a trip to the John C. Campbell Folk School. We spent a good 5 hours wandering the campus, talking with students. What a gorgeous setting! All of us would love to return as students some day. Our week on your cabin will be my "escape place"for many years to come, when things get crazy in reality. Thanks again. God Bless.

My wife and I would love to thank you for sharing this beautiful place with us. The peace and quiet is what we really needed. This cabin is comfortable and peaceful, all anyone would want. It sits in a woodsy area inviting walks and nearby at Fires Creek park, hiking trails. A great cabin in which to unwind, read a good book and listen to the woods.

Our stay in the cabin was absolutely perfect. The fine woodwork throughout the house was outstanding. The setting was the best since Fire's Creek offers some of the best trout fishing in the world. This cabin rates at the TOP of any place I have ever stayed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CABIN AS A NUMBER ONE PLACE TO STAY.
