This immaculate condominium has a view of the ocean from the back deck and is only 400 feet from the beach. It is an ideal location for a romantic get-away or a weekend with your friends or family. Quaint Gearhart remains a quiet town with a grocery store, fabulous restaurant and bakery (Pacific Way Cafe), and a coffee and ice cream shop. And only three blocks away from the condominium is a challenging 18 hole golf course. Gearhart also has a bowling alley, public tennis courts, antique shops, and most remarkable of all a big beautiful beach!
Our 900 square foot condominium is very clean and comfortable with a full kitchen next to the family room where there is a large TV with a DVD and VHS player. Or you could just stoke up the fire and enjoy the warm atmosphere while you play cards, read a book, or watch cable TV.
Just three miles South is Seaside, Oregon, where you will find a factory outlet mall, more antique shops, arcades, bumper cars, aquarium, and more restaurants. North you will find historic Astoria with beautiful views of the Columbia River and lots of fresh Dungeness Crabs and salmon. Astoria has long been a destination for sport fishermen.

We stayed after the hood to coast event thie year. This was perfect for four team members. We were able to walk right out to the beach and pick up sand dollars at low tide. It is not fancy but is very comfortable and does not miss any of the comforts of home. The owner was great to deal with and responsive to my many questions. We would definitely rent again as it is an excellent value and clean, close to the beach choice.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car.

Just came back(mar.21-25-2011) from 4 glorious days by the ocean.all 3 of us loved this condo.very ,very clean and no disappointments.you can hear and see ocean from front and back patio.spacious with all amenities.a minute walk to the as far as eye can see tranquil beach. a great place to collect your thoughts.then in the evening throw a presto log on the cozy fireplace. easy 5 min.drive to seaside,15 min. to cannon beach and 15 min. to warrenton for. cosco,ross,fred meyer.The pacific bakery in gearhart is to die for( we were there at 7am).must try broasted chicken,ribs and cornbread at creekside pizzeria(family run for past 11 yrs.)will explore more next trip down.thanks karen for making the rental a pce.of cake.(did we mention totally affordable all year round!!!).best deal in gearhart.well worth our drive from abbotsford b.c. canada.miss it already

We just stayed a week in this amazing condo and can't wait to go back. There was plenty of room for our family of 6. There were so many unexpected extras: lots of movies, beach toys, bicycles, etc. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed to cook amazing meals. The deck had a gorgeous view of the ocean. The beach was literally minutes away by foot. Our children played their hearts out every single day. I would recommend this condo to anyone. It is an AMAZING value. We are already planning our next trip!
