At The Village at Breckenridge you are in absolutely the best location in Breckenridge! Skiing is only 100 yards away at this true ski-in, ski-out facility while Main Street is right outside your door. Maggie Pond is nestled next to The Village where you can enjoy ice skating in the winter, or going for a paddle boat ride in the summer. Restaurants and shops abound near the Resort where you can enjoy every aspect of Breckenridge right at your finger tips!
At the Resort you are pampered with all the amenities needed for a truly enjoyable stay: heated underground parking (for a small fee in winter), wireless internet access, restaurants, new exercise facility, indoor and outdoor pool and hot tubs, spa, and babysitting (for a fee), just to name a few. And did I mention the condominium? It is fabulous! Newly upgraded, this corner unit feels cozy and warm with all the necessities needed to make your stay the most enjoyable it can be. We not only offer a place to sleep, but a place to make memories.
Do not feel like skiing? Cuddle up on one of our very comfortable leather sofas and read a book from the library we provide. Kids need something to do while the parents ski? How about playing one of the board games we provide or watching a favorite movie on cable or on the DVD player that are included?
This condominium is one of the few corner units available which is significant for comfort and coziness. It has a large deck that allows you to take in the view of the city while listening to the river that flows below. It has a gas fireplace set within a beautiful wood appliqué to keep you warm. One bedroom is conveniently located right off of the family room with its own bathroom and KING SIZE bed while the other is privately placed on the other side of the condominium with TWO QUEEN BEDS and its own bathroom.
Two more can sleep on the sofa that folds out in the family room that houses a quilted-top air mattress that is very comfy! Each bedroom is equipped with its own television. Two DVD players are also available for use. The second room even has its own mini-fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker! The kitchen is supplied with everything you need from a crock-pot to a coffee pot.

I am an entrepreneur and outdoor sports enthusiast. After working for corporate America for a few years, I took a long leave of absence (and never came back!) to have four beautiful children. The myriad of outdoor activities in Summit County has allowed me to enjoy being a realtor as well as property manager of my condos and for other homes as well. I love it here!
Why the Owner Chose Village at Breckenridge
With four kids my husband and I wanted a nearby vacation spot for all of us to enjoy. Breckenridge fit the bill. We bought our first 2BD condo in 2005 only to find ourselves buying two studios a year later. I now manage nine homes in and around Breckenridge. Be warned, once you visit, you'll never want to return home!
