Our three-bedroom, two-bath, vacation home is located in the desirable Calabay Parc community only a 20-minute drive to Disney World. There is a grocery store, drug store, and restaurants just five minutes away in Champions Gate Golf Resort Village.
Our luxury, fully air-conditioned home has one master suite (queen-size bed) with en suite bathroom. The other bedrooms have two twin beds per room. There is a second bathroom and a sofa bed in the living room. The spacious family room has cable TV and DVD player. There is also a dining area, fully-fitted kitchen, utility room, and breakfast nook. The property also offers wireless internet. The south-facing swimming pool is private, fully-screened, and overlooks woodland. The pool also has a jacuzzi spa, patio area, and covered lanai.
Located close to the I-4, off Highway 27, conveniently positioned near all major attractions.

Calabay Parc is about 40 minutes drive from Orlando International Airport. Our house is very spacious with three good sized bedrooms. The main living area is tiled with cable TV and DVD player. The fully screened pool and spa is south facing, backing onto woodland. The property also offers ample parking and wireless internet.

Disney is only 20 minutes drive away and the Gulf and Atlantic Coasts are about one hour's drive from the house.
We are 10 minutes from Champions Gate Resort. Here you will find a golf course, Publix Supermarket, various retail outlets, restaurants and the offices of our Management Company - Florida Spirit.
All your everyday needs can be taken care of along US Highway 27, with shopping at Posner Park adjacent to I4, a good selection of restaurants, a Health Centre, Banks and State Park.

MY HUSBAND AND I THOROUGHLY ENJOYED OUR 5-DAY STAY HERE. IT WAS EVERYTHING WE THOUGHT IT WOULD BE. WE HADN'T HAD A VACATION FOR JUST THE TWO OF US IN 46 YEARS. THE LAST TIME WAS OUR HONEYMOON. WE LOOK FORWARD TO ONE DAY RETURNING. THANKS AGAIN FOR RENTING YOUR HOME TO US.
