Martha's Place, located in the middle of the orchard with spectacular views of the Connecticut River Valley, has two bedrooms, a living room, a full bath, a large, fully-equipped kitchen, and a spacious furnished deck.

From Mid-October to Mid-August, when Alyson's Farmstand is inactive - it is comfortable, attractive space is converted into two additional bedrooms, each with a queen bed (increasing capacity from six to ten guests) for which there is no additional charge.
