Welcome to our beautiful mountain home. Our Home overlooks the area in which the marble for many of the nations monuments, statues, and buildings in Washington D.C. was quarried. The Bent Tree community is a secure, peaceful, and beautiful area in which you and your family can relax or get adventurous. The golf is great, the hiking is invigorating, and the wildlife everywhere is amazing. Do not forget the horseback riding and canoeing. The community has a swimming pool, the 19th Hole - a restaurant, and tennis courts. The seasons bring different views, with the beautiful colors of spring, the cool summers, beautiful fall foliage, and crisp invigorating winters. Our home includes many amenities that will make you feel right at home. First is a cozy living area with fireplace for relaxing after that hiking trip or golf game, including a TV with cable channels and DVD/VCR for your viewing enjoyment. The kitchen and dining area has an amazing view, which will have everyone volunteering for the cooking duties!
Downstairs is a den that provides another terrific view, with cable TV and a futon for those extra guests. Also included downstairs is the laundry room with full-size washer and dryer, and a full bathroom.
On the top floor are the comfortable bedrooms, including the master bedroom, with the best view in the house, a perfect place to sleep in and take in the view. The other two bedrooms include one with a queen-size bed, and one with two twin beds.

A One-Time Cleaning Fee of $75 for all rentals. Pet Fee $50 upon approval of pet.
Rental Fee is due 14 days in advance of stay; except holidays - 21 days.
$200 Damage Deposit due with rental confirmation. Deposit refunded within two
weeks of departure with no damage. Long-Term Rentals okay, call for pricing.

We had a GREAT time at your house in Jasper, GA. Thank you so very much. We hated to leave today. The views were just awesome. And the deer... The deer were so much fun to watch. We loved every single deer that past bye. My kids had so much fun playing in the forest below too. They were outside all of the time. We went to the Falls near Bent Tree (Ana - something - ha.) on Monday. That was so pretty. But mostly we just enjoyed the house and the scenery around us. Your house had everything we needed even down to the pen. It was so nice not have to lug all the "comforts of home". We found the IGA and bought the necessary food to get us thru our time there. Your idea to put the plastic piece over the wooden kitchen table was very smart. Especially if you have kids. Also, your family room furniture (couches especially) were so pretty. All the decor (bear stuff) was really cute. The floors were really pretty too. Thanks again for letting us stay at your house. We hope to do it again.
