Log Cabin Lodging near Whitefish, Montana and Glacier National Park - Whitefish, Montana Log Cabin Welcome to our "Elegant Log Cabins" on twenty-two serene acres just five minutes from Whitefish, conveniently located to all attractions, including Glacier National Park and Big Mountain Ski Resort. Our beautiful non-commercialized estate type setting includes beautiful perennial gardens, acres of lush lawns & many water features. In the winter, a different beauty awaits you. Experience our winter wonderland with scenery from a Currier & Ives print with lacy trimmings on all the pine trees. Any winter sport is available, from skiing to snow mobiling. Return back to the Crescent Moon Log Cabin after a day out and turn up the log fireplace. The new Amish built "Elegant Log Cabins" are seven hundred fifty feet large with a covered porch that extends the entire front length of the cabin. A two person jacuzzi tub and ceramic tiled floor in bath, a/c, tv with dvd, propane grill and access to our large Hot Tub & Brand new Sauna/Steam Room make these cabins a great summer vacation spot. Inside you will find custom pine furnishings, unique log furniture, and custom art by local artists. The cabins have been lovingly decorated throughout in Montana upscale lodge decor with attention to detail and comfort, as well as beauty. Washer/dryer, kitchen with full-size appliances and complete tableware, cooking & serving dishes, microwave, and amenities such as coffee grinders, wine glasses, "lodge style" dishes and your welcoming basket of coffee, teas and all the fixings. We also provide "Haymoon" herbal toiletries designed just for you. A starter kit of dishwashing liquid for the washer & dishes as well as paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, salt and pepper, and other items are provided for you. Our express check-in and out also adds to the ease of staying with us. Smoking receptacles are available on the deck of the cabin. One Bedroom (Queen) with beautiful bed by Unique Woodworking, another queen in secluded large loft (with full-size set of stairs), and deluxe futon in living area accommodates six for sleeping. Two additional beds can be brought in to sleep up to eight. Our mattresses & futons are top of the line for your sleeping enjoyment and comfort! Comfortable adirondack chairs and outdoor furnishings, a full-size, filled propane barbecue grill, picnic tables, horseshoes, croquet, paddleboat, canoe and a small beach for the kids to access the lake, enhance the outdoor space in summer. Gazebos all around the lake and lush manicured lawns and beautiful perennial gardens also add to your enjoyment of our "Big Sky" outdoors. Many of our guests tell us these are the best log cabins in the area, and after hearing it this many times we are starting to think they must be right!
