The Brooks is situated in Bonita Springs which is conveniently located between Fort Mayers and Naples, offering a shorter drive and great opportunity to visit more place.
This 2nd floor beauty features a large screened-in lanai with the panoramic views over the lake and golf course. The unit is professionally decorated and has plenty of light and a comfortable country feel. It has: Vaulted 14 Feet ceiling with plant shelves in the leaving area; Eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with built-in microwave, dishwasher, raised breakfast bar and a separate breakfast area, pantry and a laundry area; Living area has an expansive 12 foot glass sliding door onto the screened lanai with Panoramic views of the lake and 18th fairway.

Master Bedroom suite is located in the back of the unit for complete privacy. It has Tropical décor with additional TV,
King-sized bed, great views of the lake and golf course from the huge screened window. Master Bath has a large walk-in closet, 2 sinks and over sized walk-in shower. Second bedroom features 2 twin beds,a dresser with a mirror and 2 night stands.
Spring Run at The Brooks is a gated, private country club community developed by the prestigious Bonita Bay Group and has a par 72 championship golf course with 5 tees available for all levels of players. Our guest (or a couple) will have an option to enjoy membership to the luxurious private golf club with practice facilities, which include an aquatic driving range, four newly surfaced, lighted tennis courts, exercise room, heated pool/spa, clubhouse with a restaurant, bar and pro-shop. Enjoy great shopping and restaurants nearby! The beautiful Miramar Premium Outlets and the brand new Coconut Point Mall just minutes away. You can't go wrong with Spring Run!! The grounds, the Club House, the pools and the golf...all, first class. We highly recommend this particular, delightful property in Spring Run. My husband and I have rented in this great golf community for five years and by far, this address offered the best view from the screened lanai and the friendliest neighbors. We enjoyed our morning coffee and our evening dinner overlooking the 18th tee and the many water fowl in the lake. The decor was coordinated throughout and the pictures offered here are accurately portrayed. I would call it charming! The owner was very pleasant to work with. We will refer our friends to her with confidence. Enjoy!!.Recommended for: Age 55+.

My wife and I have stayed here during January for the last two years. On our first visit we were delighted to find even more than we expected. The place is well kept and the view from the lanai is exceptional. You can easily watch the game of golf or you can just chill out and take in the beautiful lake and golf course views. The back of the property (lanai) faces east so you can sit on the lanai all afternoon/evening without the sun affecting your comfort. Inside, the layout is great. You have a very well equipped kitchen with everything you need. You also have a nice dinette area suitable for four. In addition, you have a large dining room area with a large table and chairs. The great room features an entertainment center and also has a large couch, a loveseat, and a oversized individual chair. All in all a good size place to relax. The master bedroom features a king size bed, a tv and all the usual furniture. The master bath is a delight with double sinks and a large shower. There is also a very large walk in closet with numerous extra hangers for your use. The second bedroom and bath are also well equipped. One last feature is the washer and dryer which allows you to take less with you when you come. Finally, the pool is very close by and the people are as nice and friendly as can be. We felt so good after staying here twice that we decided that we need to buy a unit just like this one. Spring Run is the place we want to come back to every year in the future. What more can I say.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

About: Hi, my name is Zhanna and I am the owner of this lovely condo. I live in NJ and I love spending time in Bonita Springs with my family and friends. My condo brings me so much joy every time I visit. I must admit, I don't have that much time to spend indoors. So much to do outside. I love playing golf and tennis. I cannot wait to deep into the pool, catch some sun or just lounge by the pool and read . I enjoy long walks along the beach, eating out at so many great restaurants at the mall nearby. I enjoy shopping at the outlets . So convenient since I don't have time to shop in NJ , I save shopping time for my Florida trips and always find bargains to take home. I love socializing and dinning at our newly renovated Club House. So many activities, tournaments, game nights, holiday events and cocktail parties. So much fun! So many interesting and super friendly and helpful people! The food at the club's restaurant is simply delicious, menus change frequently. What I also love is to walk around our neighborhood in the morning : our gated community provides such great sense of safety and security, the beautiful landscaping is superbly maintained. I can't wait to retire and move to live here full time. I hope you will enjoy your stay as much as I do.
