The Beach at your feet, Spectacular Pacific Sunsets, at "Vida del Mar" "Life by the Sea" is an ideal get-away for that Tropical Vacation.

Located in a gorgeous gate guarded community, one bedroom plus two sofas, one bath - sleeps two to four. The condominium is in a primo location, 100 feet from the pounding surf. The large veranda, with cool prevailing winds will be the center of your activities. Vida del Mar are privately owned condominiums in a very safe environment. It is not a resort.

The complex includes three pools. One directly behind the condominium, and one with a swim-up bar pool at La Receif in front of the condominium.

La Receif Restaurant offers a romantic setting, with impeccable service and an excellent dinner menu. Palma Restaurant is about one mile toward Santiago Bay. It is a refreshing walk for breakfast, lunch, or dinner at very reasonable prices. A foot bridge allows you to walk on the beach at Santiago Bay where you can enjoy Mexican dining.

The condominium is completely furnished including High speed internet, TV, DVD & CD player. All linens and towels. A fully-equipped kitchen. Weekly or daily maid service is available at approximately $12 per day. This is a NON SMOKING unit.

Amenities: Swimming, beach combing, snorkeling, fishing, and dining a few feet from your condominium. Hiking trails and wildlife viewing in and around the property. Within minutes by taxi: golf, tennis, restaurants, shopping, and markets. A short taxi ride to Santiago offers every shopping need. Fabulous resorts: Las Hadas & Barcelo-Karmina Palace, to enjoy as well as many other tourist attractions.

  • My wife and I stayed in this condo in January of 2009, and very much enjoyed the experience. After visiting Vida del Mar, I am of the opinion that the Chiapas building probably has the best location of any from which to enjoy the view. While our experience in seeing the inside of other units is obviously limited, I am also led to believe that #197 is one of the better appointed units. The owner is very concerned that her guests have a positive experience, and certainly went out of her way to solve a very minor problem that we had with internet service. We found the Vida staff to be friendly, helpful, and efficient. Because of the close proximity of the ocean, the sound of the waves can be quite loud, especially at night, and Audrey's advice to bring ear plugs should be heeded. The location is somewhat remote, and unless one has a vehicle, getting into town and back to shop can be expensive and inconvenient. If one is looking for a beautiful place to relax in very comfortable surroundings, I would definitely reccommend it.

  • Vida was absolutely beautiful! The view from the balcony was breath-taking and the breeze from the ocean was delightful. L'Recif is a wonderful restaurant. I ate there several times during my stay. Having the pool right next to the unit was a nice perk. I think I was in it at least once a day. Thank you so much for the use of your unit!

  • Fabulous vacation spot. Far better in person than any photo can display. Vida was not only spectacular but so central for all that we wanted to do. Met wonderful people, had a wonderful time. Can hardly wait to return!!!
