We found this place at the last moment, but it was the perfect place to be for the short Retreat we had with the students. Everything was there for our group to enjoy a two night stay. The teenagers loved it as they used the second floor space to get together to play games, talk, and play instruments. It was spacious enough for 8 teenagers and several adults to have time together and enjoy the company. The younger kids particularly enjoyed the space attached to the main TV lounge. A blessed stay it was, and highly recommend it!

Great Summer Getaway!

We rented this beautiful, spacious home the week of July 10th to July 18th 2011 and couldn't have asked for a better experience! We needed a place to stay between selling our old home and closing on our new home, so this was literally our home away from home. It had everything we needed and then some! Brian was extremely accomodating to every question and concern we had, before, during, and after our stay. We particularly enjoyed the layout of the bottom floor as it was so open and had a great flow from the kitchen to dining room to the living room. The kids had a great time . . .inside the house and using the all the ammenities! We would definately recommend this house to anyone looking for an affordable getaway with family and friends!

Winter Break Feb 2011

This house was fantastic for my family of four and our friends family of five!!! A combination of five kids and four adults have never had so much fun. We arrived on a Thursday and left on a Sunday and not one fight between all the kids, there was room for the kids up stairs, on the back sun room and in the living room to have fun while inside (ages 7, 6, 5, 4, and 3 and a mix of boys and girls). We all enjoyed the hot tub and the yard. We made a trip to the ski/tubing slopes not to far away (20 minutes) and also into town for a day time visit to the bowling alley. Brian couldn't have been more helpful before the trip, during and after. The house was extremely clean and well equipped with dishes, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. Our deposit was returned quickly to us (within a week or so). Great Place for the Family

My family resnted this house for the month of August and had a great time. The house was very spacious and had many extra features that we did not find in other homes when we were looking. We loved the hottub, the kids loved the sunroom, and the house was well stocked with everything we needed. I would strongly recommend this house to anyone looking for a fun time in Towamensing Trails. Brian, the owner, was very accomodating and always responded to our minor questions during our stay.

Peaceful Vacation Home

I stayed in this Huge Beautiful house with my girlfriend and 2 other couples. The house was amazing, and so was Brian. He was great with replying to E-Mails and answering any questions we had. The house has a great hot tub on the back private deck. The kitchen was beautiful and there isnt one bad thing i can say about this house. You will ABSOLUTELY love it. Its basically a dream house. I am actually heading back to the house this summer with my girlfriend and three other couples to relax and get away.

Our family stayed one week at this property. The house is in a very good condition with lots of attractions for adults as well as for kids. For me the best entertainment was a hot tub. I would definteley recommend this house for families with kids and will certainly consider renting this house in the future.

my friends and I (total of 8)rented this wonderful house for the weekend of 7/24-7/26. the house is well kept, equipped and spacious. the layout is great w/ various common space for us to hang out and for the different activities that it provides(games, ping pong table, etc.)dealing with Brian is also a very pleasant experience. he respond quickly and made the renting process very easy. This is the perfect home away from home! Thanks again Brian =)

A group of my friends and myself rented the house about two weeks ago. All together there were 11 of us and well slept comfortably. The house has a very open and welcoming layout with plenty of space. The garage has some activities to do while we prepared food and such. We brought a Wii so that kept us entertained. We spent time in the hot tub staring at the stars and just catching up. There were passes for the facilities but we did not use them because I think the beach was closed. we did stop by, so it was close. Other than that most things in Poconos are a short 10-15 min drive away. Brian checked up on us on Sunday with a call which was greatly appreciated. Thank you for making our weekend affordable, convenient and memorable.

We have rented this wonderfull house for a month of July 2007. The house is spacious and perfectly located - just a short walk to the lake and pool. We have three kids, aged 2 to 13, and all had fun. We did not want to leave! The house is roomy and well equiped, with everything a family needs for a vacation - TVs, DVDs, game consol, great porch and sunroom, grill, and don't forget the lake, the pool, basketball and tennis courts, teen hangouts, etc etc. The owner is very nice, dependable, and helpful in every respect - from getting the management to produce badges for using facilities to inspecting the property and returning deposit promptly. Great getaway for families or anybody looking to relax and enjoy Poconos. Brian - thanks for a great summer vacation from all in our family. We are looking forward to renting the house - again!

Wow...what a perfect place for our New Year's Eve get-together A+++. Brian couldn't have been more accomodating when it came to reserving, paying for and renting his superb pocono mountain home. The inside was very spacious and easily accomodated all 10 in our party. We had no trouble whatsoever and Brian only helped us to have a fun and relaxing time. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone, including my family and friends. Brian was also quick to inspect the property after our stay and promptly return our security deposit. We plan to rent from him again next year.

We had a family reunion in the Poconos, and the house was perfect for us. It was beautiful inside. The loft was the perfect hangout area for my teenage nephew and my oldest daughter! The sunroom was a great privates spot.My youngest daughters loved looking for deer on our property every night. Brian went out of his way to make us comfortable, and any mionor problem that came up, he dealt with immediately. If we head to this area again, we will definetly stay at this home. We hightly recommend it for families!

Hi my name is McSheller Edwards. I stayed in the poconos for the week of July 1-8. I just wanted to say we couldn't have choose a better house than this one. First of all Brian was a great person to work with when I was looking to rent, just talking to him on the phone I felt that I have known him for years. Everything he said about the house was all true. My family enjoyed every minute there. The house was nice and clean and I enjoyed myself in the sun room when I needed that quiet time. I would rent this house again with no question ask. Brian I just want to say Thanks for making our stay in the Poconos a Great one! I will be refering other people to you. Hope to see you next year.
