We recently spent a long weekend, and had a wonderful time! The home is in a nice spot, close distance to the beach and town. We had a nice time with friends and hope to return soon.

Let me start by saying that this is a great rental. My family and i rented the house during Christmas week this year to have a stress-less holiday. The house was extremely clean with lots of amenities. There was plenty of space and a very nice layout. The three levels all with bedrooms was ideal for the kids as well as us. This gave everyone a sense of privacy not to mention the hot tub and fireplace for those quiet evening when the kids where in bed. The house is nicely secluded yet it is still very easy to get into town. One last note, the owner was very helpful before and after the rental in keeping us informed. We would not hesitate to rent this house again.
Owner response:Rick and Sara, Thank you very much for your review. I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay! Happy New Year, Diana

My family and I recently rented this home for a Thanksgiving vacation. We were a diverse group which included children of various ages, adults, an elderly person and a dog. We were extremely satisfied with this home for several reasons. First, it was extremely clean and did not require any preparation or precleaning use on our part. This was the case, even though certain members of our amily are extremely particular in this respect. Second, the layout of the home was very confortable, ideal for families who may have varying needs. For example, rooms of different sizes, multiple bathrooms, etc. Third, the house was extremely well maintained and included various "extras" that the owner clearly took care to keep on hand (soap, towels, sheets, etc.). Fourth, the location of the house was ideal in that it was a short drive from town and a short walk to a private beach. Lastly, the owner was extremely nice and a pleasure to deal with. We are planning on staying there again and would reccomend it to others whole-heartedly.
Owner response:Thank you Moises, It was a pleasure to have your family stay at the house. I'm picky about cleanliness myself when I go to stay in a house or hotel and I do everything in my power to make sure that my guests are satisfied in that respect. I'm thrilled that you enjoyed your stay and look forward to renting to you again in the near future. Happy New Year to you and your family! Diana

So, I will keep it short. But I had to say this was a great rental. The house was unbelievably well stocked and clean. It felt like staying in someones private home (but cleaner), not a "rental house". I have been renting out east once a summer for years and this was one of my favorite houses.

My husband and I were lucky enough to rent this beautiful home August 10th and 11th, 2009. Only 2 nights - but we left so relaxed we felt as if we had vacationed for a week. The backyard is a mass of evergreens and oaks (very private)with a beautiful pool and fabulous hot tub - we made good use of both! There is a terrific grill and we brought along some steak and salad for the first night and grilled and sat on two of the lounge chairs (there are a lot of them!)The pool can be lit up at night for a nighttime swim as well. The house is very light and airy - very comfortable and very clean with lovely furnishings. We loved the open kitchen and there is a beautiful big dining table , and a great flat screen TV. After dinner we watched a movie and just fell asleep - so relaxed from the water - Tuesday we easily found Sag Harbor then went to East Hampton all the way to Montalk for dinner. Coming home we spotted a baby deer and wild turkeys. We sat outside and watched the stars. Spent the last afternoon back in the pool and sadly it was time to go. We will positively be back. Diana is a truly great hostess and she went out of her way to help us know where to go and special places to see. The kitchen is fully stocked and so are the linens. Lovely - just lovely - cannot wait to come and stay for a longer vacation with our whole family - it will be a beautiful place to be this Fall! Thanks Diana - we would highly recommend this house to anyone or any group - large or small. Total pleasure.

The house was perfect! It is kept immaculately clean and was exactly as pictured (if not better). Communication with the owner was ideal, she went above and beyond and even filled me in on local beaches. She was friendly, responded quickly to my emails and/or calls, and accommodating. I would HIGHLY recommend the house and its owner and hope to visit the house again in the near future! One detail of note is that the house is extremely secluded, but I would not consider this a negative!

Spending a week at this wonderful house with my family last year was such a delight. We were able to walk to the private beach and nature reserve. The house offers plenty of room and great amenity's, we loved the hot tub pool especially, so did the kids. Having a large kitchen helped us really enjoy the house, great for family meals. Everything was clean and just as expected. I hope to rent the house again this year.

A WONDERFUL experience! I recently rented this beautiful home for a yoga retreat. It was perfect! Everyone was comfortably accommodated. The kitchen is so large, and the grill a great addition. Yoga on the pool deck and in the living room. New friendships formed in the hot tub. Close to the beach. Easy to get to restaurants and other area activities. Neat and clean, nicely furnished. Highly recommended!

I stayed here for my bridal shower/bachelorette weekend and it was wonderful. The house itself is spacious and clean, and very airy. It is located in the woods, in a very beautiful area and we walked to the beach one day. Everything in the kitchen was great, plenty of eating and cooking ware. A wonderful place, we only wished we could stay longer.

After having recently spent the New Year's Holiday Weekend at this beautiful home with 4 other couples, I cannot say enough about what a wonderful time was had by all. Not only is the house large, well designed for groups (with 13 beds of varying sizes), and in a great location not far off the main strip in East Hampton, but the owner has done a wonderful job of filling it with the amenities that really allow a visit to rise from "great" to "perfect." Whether it be the surround sound entertainment system, dish detergent under the sink when you need it, enough clean towels for an army of hot-tub visitors (although I wouldn't recommend more than 7 at a time), the utensils for grilling, or the cabinet full of champagne flutes (which were put to good use on New Year's Eve), you really begin to feel like you are staying at a friend's home as opposed to a rental property. Everyone in our entire group had a wonderful time and I know that each of us are really looking forward to staying again in the future!
