Large two floor home on corner lot. Less than a block from boardwalk with direct access to large beach. Beautiful, large, second floor porch with privacy awnings and a great ocean view.
Five bedrooms to sleep ten, with two full baths and one half bath. Outside enclosed shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. Separate living room, dining room, TV room, fully-equipped eat in kitchen, and laundry room with both washer and dryer. Also, includes four car off street parking. No Smokers or Pets.
All linens are renter's responsibility.
Bed sizes include: 1 king, 1 double, and 6 twin.
The turnover day is saturday to saturday. Check in time is the initial saturday at 2 pm and check out time is the following saturday at 10 am.
Payment schedule is as follows: 1/3 payment due at time of lease signing, 1/3 payment due 90 days prior to lease date, final 1/3 payment due 30 days prior to lease date.
