It is fully furnished with large comfortable couch, loveseat, recliner, entertainment center with TV, DVD, and CD player--and that's just in the living room. The master bedroom has its own large bathroom with shower and double sink. It also features a very large walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two single beds for guests or family. The third bedroom features a hide-a-bed and an armoire with desk. They share a full bathroom. There is also a full sized kitchen with eating area, all appliances including full-sized washer and dryer. The villa is just a few hundred yards from the golf pro shop and restaurant. The shared swimming pool is just down the street. The heated pool features restrooms for your convenience. The beautiful gulf beaches are only 10-15 minutes away. Bonita Beach, Fort Meyers Beach, Sanibel Island, Naples and Marco Island are also a short drive away. Enjoy the many fine restaurants and unique shopping offered by Bonita Springs. Other shopping and restaurants are a short drive away--including the MIROMAR outlet shopping center.
