Relax in the peaceful surroundings of the Columbine area of Breckenridge…..tucked away in the pine trees, yet only minutes away on foot from the Quicksilver Super6 lift and shops & restaurants of Historic Breckenridge. Our bright, newly-remodeled unit with vaulted ceilings throughout, occupies one side of the top floor. It offers spectacular views of Peak 8 from the Master Bedroom (which has its own private balcony), and beautiful Peak 10 views from the Living Room balcony.
The heated Columbine pool / hot tub complex is just steps away. The Breckenridge FREERIDE shuttle bus stops right around the corner and takes you all around town, in addition to the other peaks’ lifts or gondola, if you prefer not to walk. The FREERIDE buses connect with the Summit Stage which will also take you for free to the other world class resorts of Keystone, A-Basin, & Copper Mountain. You really don’t need a car.
Fully equipped for your family or group, the Living Room has a wood-burning fireplace, Cable TV, DVD, VCR, CD and FREE Wireless Internet. The new granite & hardwood kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook for 12, including a new fridge, oven, & microwave, dishwasher, even a pancake griddle!
The master bedroom has a King log bed, 32" LCD TV, and large bathroom with shower-over-bath and its own views of Peak 8. The second “family” bedroom has a Queen bed plus Twin bunk-bed. The loft area has two Twin over Full bunk-beds. There is a second bathroom with shower. Total size is 1150 sq. ft – larger than most 2-bedroom condos, but without the expense of 3-bedroom townhouses. The condo also has a washer, dryer, iron, & ironing board for your convenience, which is unusual for these units.
The perfect place for two families, one large family, or a group of friends to share a skiing holiday….. but locals know that Summer is just as good. Enjoy the hiking, biking, golf, summer festivals, and the mining heritage of the Breckenridge area. Or just hang out at the pool. Your choice – but a great time is guaranteed!
