Built in late 2003, our luxury, golf villa is located right on the golf course with an incredible golf course view from the entire living area and the master bedroom. It is a first floor unit with three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a screened in porch facing the golf course. It is two buildings away from swimming pool and hottub.
Beautifully decorated, it has upgraded carpet, custom-painted walls, and titled floor throughout kitchen, foyer and bathrooms. There are one king, one queen, and two single beds. There are two TVs, with a 32 inch TV in the living room and a 20 inch in one of the bedrooms. DVD and VCR players are also provided. We provide fully-equipped kitchen, linens, and towels.
The Condominium of Sunset Village is at the Sandpiper Bay Golf and Country Club, at the northern end of the well known Grand Strand. It has two siwmming pools and two hot tubs, plus tennis courts. The unsoiled beach at Sunset Beach and the world’s seafood capital, Calabash, are only five minutes away. North Myrtle Beach is 15 minutes to the south and Wilmington is 40 minutes to the north. Besides the Dan Maple designed 27-hole Sandpiper Golf Course, the area has numerous well known courses, including those at Angels Trace (two), Sea Trail (three), The Pearl (two), Thistle, Ocean Ridge (three), and Oyster Bay.

Very clean unit close to everything in serene&tranquil location that did not disappoint. Would not hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone seeking to recharge. A GREAT Value. Owner was extremely helpful & totally honest in answering all questions prior to booking. Had a super time & can't wait to come back.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway.

Thank you so much for the wonderful time. It was such a great location. We were about 5 minutes from Sunset Beach and about 10 minutes from Ocean Isle. It wasn't a bad distance to Myrtle as well. It was clean and kept nice. The room sizes were good and kitchen was a good size. We had a blast and would definately get this next year!! Thanks so much!!
