The minute that you walk through the door of this beautiful home, you will be impressed by the spaciousness and comfort it provides! Just inside, a grand staircase leads up to the second floor where there are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a HUGE Master bedroom and bathroom with a large soaking tub,separate shower,dual vanities, an enormous walk in closet and glass block windows. Two of the bedrooms are Jack-and-Jill style, each with 2 twin beds. The third extra large bedroom upstairs also has two twin beds.

Downstairs, in the Living Room is a beautiful POOL TABLE. The adjacent Dining Room seats 6. The expansive Great Room has a large,comfortable sectional, with lots of seating and a chaise to really relax, a fireplace, an incredible 42 inch PLASMA TV and stereo. The spotless white ceramic tile gourmet kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare a great meal. There is also additional seating for 4 at the table in the breakfast area.

Also downstairs is a fifth Bedroom with a Queen size bed and the third bathroom with tub/shower. There is a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. Every room has it own Cable TV with DVD/VCR. We provide a FAX machine and wireless high speed internet to keep you in touch.

The Kitchen and Family Room have lots of windows that make them bright and airy. There is a sliding glass door that opens on to a resort like backyard complete with POOL and SPA. The covered patio has a stainless steel gas BARBEQUE and large patio table with seating for 6. The patio surrounding the pool has lots of room for sunning.

We have tried to think of everything to make your stay in our home great. We want you to enjoy your time in Las Vegas and come back again and again! We look forward to your feedback!

  • Thank you so much for the use of your house. Everyone really enjoyed it. This past weekend was the most relaxing time I ever had in the Vegas area. Also, I really appreciate it that you let me check out at a later time... Although the weekend was relaxing, I had to get some work done on Monday before I left.   • What a beautiful house in a great location! Clean, well-appointed, and quiet! Nine of us were in Las Vegas for a Convention & this accommidated us wonderfully! Just 15 minutes away from the action but a walk away from Starbucks, Restaurants, and more. We will be back next year!
