Our family-owned, two-story townhouse is located in the newly-built Fox Point at Redstone community (in the Kimball Junction area of Park City). It is conveniently located near three world class ski resorts, across the street from the Utah Olympic Park (you can see the two large ski jumps from the living room), next door to a wonderful new shopping center, minutes from Park City's Historic Main Street, and quickly accessible from the freeway.

Our townhouse is a gorgeous, two bedroom, two and a half bath unit with 1299 square feet of living space plus an attached garage. Built less than three years ago. It features a full kitchen, dining room, living room (with fireplace), and bathroom downstairs. Upstairs is the master bedroom and master bath, a second bedroom and bath, plus a laundry room (complete with washer and dryer). All appliances and furniture are new. It is right next door to the Redstone Marketplace. Walk over and enjoy dinner and a movie.

Right across the street from the Utah Olympic Park (where the 2002 games were held). Watch ski jumpers. Enjoy bobsledding, luge, "Quicksilver" alpine slide, and museums!

Enjoy the quaint atmosphere of the Park City Historic District, which is near the base of the Park City Ski Resort. Stroll the old-time Main Street filled with restaurants and shops. Spend the day or an afternoon enjoying the town.

The Park City Transit Service is free and can drop you off at any of the three ski resorts, downtown Park City, or shopping centers. A pick-up point is right at Redstone Marketplace.

  • If you are looking for a beautiful, spacious, sparkling clean, handsomely designed new town home this is it. Our one week stay here was world class and just way too short. The featured attached garage and upstairs laundry room were a real bonus. Relaxing in the master jacuzzi tub was just what was needed after a full day on the local slopes. We definitely hope to stay here again as the location was the best in that it was walking distance to the village center and away from the long wait for dinner in the downtown Park City congestion. The owner was extremely pleasant, friendly, helpful and called us upon arrival to answer any possible questions. Our deposit/refund was extremely prompt. The welcome basket added a nice and very thoughtful touch for those few immediate essentials. We highly recommend this well kept vacation rental and hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did.

  • We stayed for a week during the Triple Crown World Series. They condo was great. We stayed in a hotel last year...I definately recommend staying here vs a hotel. We had plenty of room. The condo was spacious, clean and we even had a garage for all of the softball equipment. The owners are great and very nice to deal with. If we come back next year, I hope we can book here again.

  • My wife and I had a mixed fortnight due to winter storms which inhibited our skiing, but the condo which was very warm and comfortable and very adjacent to restaurants,cinemas,supermarkets etc. made the holiday memorable. highly recommended

  • Stayed here for 2 weeks during Triple Crown softball tournament. Owners are wonderful people to deal with and the townhouse was beautiful. The location is great for strolling to the movies, or to get ice cream or even groceries. We had everything we needed for a great vacation!

  • We spend every Christmas in Park City and we have never felt more at home as we did staying in this beautiful townhome. The owners were so easy to deal with, the unit had everything, it was impeccably clean, fully furnished and a great fireplace that was perfect after a hard day of skiing.   • We stayed here and it was wonderful. We had a wonderful time and the snow was fantastic. We got three really great days of snowboarding in on the best snow we've ever had, on the best slopes we've ever visited - The Canyons. The boys had a great time too. Alex was really impressed that Wild Oats was just around the corner (I think he could have eaten all his meals there) and Ciaran loved that we could walk everywhere. We had a day of just relaxing after the drive there and another day visiting Salt Lake City which was really interesting.
