Welcome to Casa Delfina.
Our lovely seven bedroom / five and half bathroom home is situated in the “Enclave” section of the Emerald Island Resort, a gated community which is within 5 minutes' drive of Disney World. The Enclave section houses have the largest square footage of any of the houses in Emerald Island to ensure plenty of room for up to 16 people in our home.
Casa Delfina has recently been completely redecorated inside and outside. It is an excellent choice for large family groups. Inside, the house is fully equipped to a very high standard to meet all your holiday requirements.
Each bedroom has a TV (the 3 master bedrooms also have DVDs). The family room has a large 51 inch wide screen TV, Home Theatre, DVD and VCR. The living room has yet another TV with a Playstation 2 and games.
Wi-fi high speed internet access at no extra charge.
We also provide free international and long distance phone calls.
The family room has a magnificent cathedral ceiling which gives a wonderful feeling of spacious luxury.
The kitchen is generously equipped for eating indoors or outside. The house is fully air conditioned and has a game room with a pool table, foosball table (table football) and air hockey.
The house leads onto a shaded lanai with tables, chairs, and a barbecue grill. Beyond is a screened deck area with a heated, south-facing, 30-foot pool and spa with sun loungers, overlooking a lake and a wooded conservation area. There are alarms on all doors leading to the pool and a child safety fence can be erected if preferred.
Emerald Island (considered one of the area's finest communities) is built around a wooded area with a walking/jogging/biking trail. Shuttle services are available to the attractions. There is a large clubhouse with a heated community pool and spa, sauna, fitness centre, club room, video game room, and computer room with internet access. Facilities also include an outdoor play area for children, tennis courts, and a tiki hut.
Formosa Gardens Plaza which has a large supermarket and several shops and restaurants is only a two-minute drive away. For sports enthusiasts, there are several highly regarded golf courses near by. In addition to Disney World, attractions such as Sea World, Universal Studios, and Islands of Adventure are easily accessed via the I-4 junction and are just minutes away from the house.
Kennedy Space Centre is an hour's drive away on the Atlantic Coast along with famous beaches such as Cocoa Beach. Busch Gardens in Tampa is an hour's drive towards the Gulf coast with yet more beautiful beaches to choose from along the Gulf.

We are Gareth and Cathie. We first visited Florida with our children in 1997 and have been coming back ever since. What do we love about the Orlando area? The sunshine, the scenery, the theme parks for the children and the opportunity to relax by playing tennis and golf, swimming and visiting beautiful beaches and national parks. Nowhere helps us unwind like Florida.

We spent a week here and it was great. If you have any problems they are very quick to respond and are also very accommodating. This home has a great pool and it gets sun all day long. The best part about the pool is that it over looks a lake and woods and not 10 other houses. If your looking for a home which is close to everything from Disney to universal than this is it. Thanks Again

Having stayed in several Floridian villas over the past few years, i can confirm that both Casa Delfina itself, and the Emerald Island community are a head and shoulders above the rest. The community hosted excellent amenities such as a gym, a friendly gate man for added security and beautiful views over a conservation area, and the villa itself was spacious and comfortable. We were a large group but we never felt cramped, and the den area at the front of the house meant that we could keep an eye on the younger children whilst relaxing in our own space. The owner was very on the ball with all of our queries and friendly as well. An excellent holiday overall, and we would highly recommend this villa.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We stayed at Casa Delfina for my 50th birthday there was myself my husband, daughter son-in-law, two grandaughters age 3 and 1 year old, son and his partner, my sister, husband, daughter and her partner. We had a great 2 weeks and was sorry to leave and come back to snow. The villa was very well equiped with every thing that you needed. The rooms were lovely and spacious and the beds were really comfortable, especially after having long days at all the parks. It is very conveniently located for all the parks and restaurants close by. Pool area was very nice especially having a fence to surround it so that our 1 year old grandaughter could wonder around freely without the worry of wondering into the pool. We really needed another week to recover.

My wife and I along with 3 adult children with spouses and 4 grandchildren spent a week at Casa Delfina in April 2010. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The house was beautiful and very well equipped. The rental procedure was hassle-free. The location was very convenient to Disney and Orlando. This was our second stay in this development and first at Casa Delfina. We generally come to Orlando every two years or so for meetings related to our family business. Casa Delfina is far superior to a hotel for such a group and we would rebook in a heartbeat.

Fourteen adults stayed in this beautiful home very comfortably. We couldn't have asked for a better home to rent for our weekend getaway! The location and amenities was perfect for the occasion! We had a wonderful Vacation in Orlando staying in Casa Delfina House. The Villa is spacious and very will equipped for all we need. All furniture is very practical and comfortable for all the family. I had my family, my children, my nephews and my nieces that their ages between 14 to 22 years old. Although we were in winter but in their spare time they enjoyed most the game room very much. The owner is very friendly, professional and easy to deal with as well as the managing agent. I would definitely like to come back again and recommend it to anybody.

Our family had a wonderful vacation in Florida. We all really enjoyed renting the Casa Delfina house. It was definitely spacious enough to accommodate our large group. We also enjoyed the swimming the pool and sitting out on the lanai. Thank you for a great experience.
