We want to thank for an excellent stay in this house. Four adults and three children, with an age range from 6 to 64. We loved the house which had everything we needed...and then some. Very good location for Disney, shopping and restaurants nearby. The swimmingpool and games room were very popular for re-energizing. Anna and the Icelandic extended family

What a great time we had at this splendid villa.Everything we needed was at hand. Just a short drive from supermarket and restaurants and a few minutes further on and you are at the disney parks.Very peaceful location and I would recommend this villa to anyone looking for a tranquil setting to relax after taking all that Florida has to offer.

The house had everything needed to keep 2 families happy. The wildlife around the lake kept all of us amazed and entertained. Outside facilities were all in easy reach of the home. We all want to come again. Thanks to Alan for all his help.

Had a great time in Sunset Lakes. Especially loved the upstairs balcony and the hot tub. Both very peaceful early in the morning and at dusk! All nine of us were very comfortable and enjoyed all of the amenities available! 2 thumbs up!

Hi Alan, We had a wonderful time in Orlando (and in Miami, New York and Sanibel Island as well!!). As I mentioned in me sms to you, your house was wonderful and just perfect for 2 families. It was located perfectly well for our needs (Disney, SeaWorld, Universal etc). I will recommend your house to a couple of families in Sweden that will be travelling to Orlando during 2010, so hopefully you will recieve some more Swedish guests! Best regards,

Your villa was very comfortable with a delightful view over the lakes, catching the sunset in the evenings. The service provided by Florida Leisure was second to none in dealing with any issue. You have a lovely home there, in an excellent position and with a nice pool and we had a great time. Regards John
