We want to thank for an excellent stay in this house. Four adults and three children, with an age range from 6 to 64. We loved the house which had everything we needed...and then some. Very good location for Disney, shopping and restaurants nearby. The swimmingpool and games room were very popular for re-energizing. Anna and the Icelandic extended family

What a great time we had at this splendid villa.Everything we needed was at hand. Just a short drive from supermarket and restaurants and a few minutes further on and you are at the disney parks.Very peaceful location and I would recommend this villa to anyone looking for a tranquil setting to relax after taking all that Florida has to offer.

The house had everything needed to keep 2 families happy. The wildlife around the lake kept all of us amazed and entertained. Outside facilities were all in easy reach of the home. We all want to come again. Thanks to Alan for all his help.

Had a great time in Sunset Lakes. Especially loved the upstairs balcony and the hot tub. Both very peaceful early in the morning and at dusk! All nine of us were very comfortable and enjoyed all of the amenities available! 2 thumbs up!

Hi Alan, We had a wonderful time in Orlando (and in Miami, New York and Sanibel Island as well!!). As I mentioned in me sms to you, your house was wonderful and just perfect for 2 families. It was located perfectly well for our needs (Disney, SeaWorld, Universal etc). I will recommend your house to a couple of families in Sweden that will be travelling to Orlando during 2010, so hopefully you will recieve some more Swedish guests! Best regards,

Great location. Very nice, safe home, perfect for a home base. House is as advertised and Alan the owner is very helpful and friendly. Can't go wrong with this home.

Your villa was very comfortable with a delightful view over the lakes, catching the sunset in the evenings. The service provided by Florida Leisure was second to none in dealing with any issue. Excellent villa.Everything we needed was at hand. Brilliant location only 5 minutes from nearest supermarket and restaurants.Stunning views onto the lake and just so peaceful. I stumbled across the villa on the net and it is without doubt the best we have stayed in and is so handy for Disney parks. Great communications with the owner and without doubt i would recommend this villa to anyone .

Hi Alan, we had a great time at your villa. The location is extremely convenient for Disney, and we enjoyed the pool with its private outlook. A spacious well equipped home.My son and daughter in law particularly enjoyed the hot tub. Good quality towels as well, and that’s not something you get in every villa!

We had a great holiday in Florida. This was the first time we rented a home and it was so wonderful to be able to come home after a busy day at the theme parks and have some space and a peaceful atmosphere to relax in. The location was excellent, and the home was well kept with all of the items needed to make our stay very comfortable.

The villa is lovely and lived up to our expectations; it had everything we needed. We particularly liked the location of the villa as it was very peaceful, and very handy for the theme parks; we also loved the fact it overlooked a lake. Would definitely recommend.

We just got back from Florida yesterday. We had spent a significant amount of time researching properties to rent in Florida. Our family of six chose to stay at Swaimhneas for nine nights. This was our first time renting a privately owned property, so we were a bit nervous, but everything was better than we could have hoped. Your home is spacious and beautiful. Our four children were excited to have their own bedrooms. The proximity to groceries, restaurants and theme parks was very good. The lakeside setting (which was one of the reasons we chose Swaimhneas) was beautiful and relaxing. We especially enjoyed having our own pool and hot tub. We would love to stay again and will definitely be recommending your home to our family and friends. Thank you for making our vacation so relaxing and memorable!

We just returned from a 13 night stay at the Suaimhneas. This home is located in a very secure quiet gated community. This was a great home away from home. The pool was clean and warm. The hot-tub was great. The home was clean and everything we needed was there. We enjoyed the game room in the evenings. Communication with the owner was great we even emailed back and forth during our stay. This home is very close to Disney and all the the "action". It was nice to not have to drive very far. We would recommend this property to other families visiting the area. When we return we plan to stay there again.

We would highly recommend this house, it is so spacious and homely. We went for xmas and had a wonderful time.The house is easy to find and well situated to all the parks, shopping malls , outlets , and restaurants.When we go back to Orlando we will stay here again.

Just returned from a wonderful stay in Sunset Lakes. Could not recommend the house highly enough. So bright and spacious it is ideal for relaxing after those long days in the theme parks. Especially enjoyed the pool and the setting overlooking the lake is fantactic. Everything is literally on your doorstep, so near the Parks, restaurants, shops etc. Looking forward to visiting again soon.

We were extremely happy throughout the rental process. This was our first time renting a home from the internet and Alan made everything simple and gave us a great sense of security. The risingstarsunset com web site coupled with Alan's advice and directions made for a trouble free experience in finding and getting orientated in the home. The property was very well presented and ideal for our two families of 4 Adults and five children. The location was superb for the parks, shopping and dining. I am happy to recommend Suaimhneas as an ideal Family home for exploring the many thrills of the Orlando area.

We had a wonderful time at your beautiful home. There was plenty of room for everyone and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and pool. It was very relaxing to come back to the house to eat and swim instead of waiting at a restaurant. We have stayed at numerous homes in Sunset Lakes and really enjoyed yours. What a beautiful, spacious home to come back to after a long day at a Disney Theme Park. The quiet neighborhood surrounds a lake which can be viewed from the kitchen, family room, master suite, and the first floor queen bedroom. That queen bedroom also has a slider out to a unique waterfall pool which was relaxing and fun! The new hot tub was just what we needed after a long day of walking. The house was clean and provided us with all we needed! The location was particularly great. We came back from Disney midday to swim and eat, then went back to a park later. This house easily accommodated 2 families.

Beautiful, spacious house with all amenities. The house it situated on a picturesque lake. Besides a large pool, there is a separate, new hot tub with colored lighting, that will spoil you. Our family had a wonderful time.

Your home is beautiful. I found it to be more beautiful than indicated in the pictures and the location was great. We liked the close proximity to the theme parks and eating places. The management company was responsive in helping us obtain a high chair and crib. We will certainly recommend your home to our friends and we will book with you again as our travels permit.
